    The Ring door bell install was NEVER completed. I contact the store, customer service and email the manager. No reply. Now they want me to return to the store to voice me concerns. Sugar Land store sucks.

    The agents couldn’t install the ring doorbell because a of wiring in my house but they still charge me for the installation but the worst part is that bestbuy won’t refund me for a job that it was never done

    Very Very Very Unhappy Customer

    It has not been installed. I have been canceled on two times, and a no show this last time. I spent 200 and some dollars for total tech. Nothing but a run a round.

    I tried calling the customer service number was routed to 3 different folks who couldn’t help me, and then I was charged for both my installs without actual doing any work. Astounding how that happened.

    Agent did nothing except tell me that my internet was to slow, tried to get refund, guess what so far can’t get full refund, worst service ever.

    I’m on my second unit. They won’t hold Wi-Fi signal from 15 feet away and the battery runs down in 2 days. Not what I tried to purchase.

    Install was not completed. I should not have been charged for this. Technician did not have knowledge of proper wire connections.

    It is not accurate that the installation was completed. The person never came after waiting all day. It is rescheduled for 9/19.

    Nest Hello Doorbell

    Geek squad could not install stated there was no power from transformer. Agent had wires crossed. I paid electrician to find the issue and fixed it. I installed the Nest Hello Doorbell myself. It was easy.

    Geed SQ installation RING Doorbell

    Install ring doorbell, had trouble. Doorbell rings but were unable to complete the camera install, still not working!!

    Smart Doorbell install

    I have never had a good experience with the Geek Squad in regards to installation. After this was installed, it didn't work. The Squad had intended to leave it that way. I had to ask them to remove it.

    It worked for a few days and quit. They did send someone else a week or so later to replace and fix it.

    I would recommend this to a friend
