That's certainly not something we want to hear from our customers. I would advice calling 1-800GEEKSQUAD for any follow up you need to have for the installation or to have your concerns addressed.

Geek Squad to the rescue

I've used them for years for everything from mounting tv's to security systems. This time around, I made an appointment to schedule an installation, replacing my existing ring doorbell. Before the appointment, the tech gave me an tip on how to check out the system. Turns out it was a simple fix and I didn't have to actually replace the unit. I appreciate the honesty and expertise

The only thing I miss is the inclusive service that was in the yearly rate. Now you have to pay for it, but then everyone has to be paid right?

Geek Squad's the best for no worries.

We tried to do it ourselves and failed. Wasted time in the attempt. The Geek Squad tech was expert and did this intricate install that works like a charm. Thank you!

Video doorbell installed, tested, given thumbs up

After discovering the unit in question was not installed correctly removed it and re installed new unit successfully. Both techs were professional and quite helpful.
