    Video doorbell installation

    Chris did an excellent job installing my two video doorbells, setting up the software on both our smart phones, etc. This is in stark contrast to two previous attempts a year or so ago, when Best Buy scheduled contractors to do the work for similar equipment. I recommend a Best Buy installation only if Best Buy employees do the work. Contractors don't care.

    Geek Squad to the rescue

    Geek Squad is always on point. I've used them for years for everything from mounting tv's to security systems. This time around, I made an appointment to schedule an installation, replacing my existing ring doorbell. Before the appointment, the tech gave me an tip on how to check out the system. Turns out it was a simple fix and I didn't have to actually replace the unit. I appreciate the honesty and expertise

    The Geek Squad arrived promptly. Doorbell had to be installed into brick wall, so they drilled into the grout and put in a molly to secure the screw. After, he helped me connect the WIFI and showed me how to charge up the camera, as I needed battery-powered-no electrical available. He was professional, courteous and helpful.

    The agents understood the tasks that they had to accomplish in order to install our new security system. They were efficient, talented and communicated how the system would work once fully installed. Great service.

    The doorbell was not working & Geek Squad was able to Pull wire out the wall & connect to the camera doorbell. Very helpful & and all question. The setup app on phone & took their time to explain how it works.

    Excellent service! He was very thorough and educational! Appreciate it. The only thing I miss is the inclusive service that was in the yearly rate. Now you have to pay for it, but then everyone has to be paid right?

    Who knew a Ring doorbell was quite complicated to install in a Smart Home? We tried to do it ourselves and failed. Wasted time in the attempt. The Geek Squad tech was expert and did this intricate install that works like a charm. Thank you!
