The guy who came was great. But he did not connect the ringer to my hallway bell. It only rings through my HomePod, which is not very loud. He said it would not work, but after looking into it, the information I have read clearly says it will work with the attachment that came with the doorbell. Other than that he was on time, quickly had it installed and working and was very friendly and helpful, I give that part 5 stars,

Our technician was thorough. He tested everything and made sure we knew how to use it.

The Geek squad was very good. However the project still does not work correctly, my phone still does not chime.

The Geek Squad installed our Ring doorbell quickly and efficiently. Two technicians performed the installation, arriving on the early side of the installation time window, which we appreciated. They sent out another technician the very next day to troubleshoot a technical issue partially-related to the original installation. He handled that quickly and efficiently, too. We found the installation price to be more reasonable than any of the local electricians who perform that sort of service.

Great service to have to avoid any installation headaches! They were on time and handled it well. The only thing is that it was not charged up so we had to do the final screws and they were kind of tiny and challenging due to where the device was installed but it's all good.

These 2 cameras ( one a doorbell camera and the other an indoor camera) give me some peace of mind when I am not home and at night. Their pictures are very clear.

PSA: There are 877 numbers written on here as “answers” to questions, provided as Total Tech/ Geek Squad contact numbers - DO NOT CALL THEM, it is a scam with some Indian guy posing as total tech support!! They will ask for your besy buy account phone number and email adress.

The technician was thorough, skilled, and professional and did an excellent job installing our Ring camera.

Bought a ring peep hole video doorbell from Amazon. Everything worked except the camera. Called the Geek sguad to see why. He said that I didn’t have enough megbites to power the camera.

I was frustrated that my initial appt was rescheduled 4 times by GeekSquad. Once the installer, Marcus, finally came out for the install he was a top notch representative of good quality service. Polite, helpful, informative as well as patient helping setup the RING for my elderly parents. Could not be happier.

Hiram connected our Ring video doorbells neatly and checked them thoroughly. Answered any questions my wife and I had prior to leaving. Very satisfied!

Great product, great service. I am still figuring out the notifications on the cell phone app, as I can never turn down the volume of those notifications, but otherwise great service.

I was almost going to take off a star due to him being past his promised window of arriving. Things happen, it was extremely hot, and he was still in a good mood. He did a good job with the installation.

Installer was excellent. She didn't have the item she needed to fix, but she contacted another installer who did have it and got it done that day. She explained everything to us and helped working with the system so we understood it all.

I had three different Greek squad members come out to help us out. Ask three were terrific! They were curiosity and polite ads respected our home. Money was well spent with this service!!
