It was a busy day for the crew that showed up here for the job. Not certain if its smart or not really the greatest idea to name names, but the crew that showed up here and did the installation was awesome and did an awesome job..!

When I was given an installation window between 8-12, I assumed the installer would arrive closer to 11 or 12. He arrived at 7:57 a.m., which was amazing. The installation was less than 30 minutes and the installer, Mark gave me a thorough overview of the Ring, discussed the app, user guide and answered my questions. If I could give Marks 5+ stars, I would. I had an excellent customer experience!

The installation was done for my friend's home in Washington state. It was done very quickly and the technician was not as personable as my friend would have liked. He eventually had to have another technician come out as the Alexa monitor went out. The 2nd technician was very helpful.

Love the delivery and install and my geek squad person. Mitchell was wonderful to work with kind patient knowledgeable accommodating.

This was my first purchase of a video doorbell that I gave as a gift. It worked the first time and seems to be operating as expected. Used Geek Squad to install it but next time I can probably do it myself. I like the option that you can add camera and sensor features later. Not particularly fancy but easily does the job.

Very impressed with the customer service by the Geek Squad technician that installed my Ring wifi smart videos. He explained each step and and and answered all my questions. He was considerate by making sure he cleaned up all the areas that he worked in. Could not be happier with this installation.

Joe did a very thorough job installing the camera and setting up the app on our iPhones and iPad. He was very helpful and patient. We were so relieved that we hired the Geek Squad to install this as it wasn't near as simple as we thought.

The young man who installed this was very kind and knowledgeable. He was a last minute tech as the store had scheduled my appointment and nobody came. After much frustration, the regional manager made a few personal calls and this guys agreed to come. I appreciate his service.

They didn't actually come out as they called prior to the appointment and the order was put it wrong but had a great convo on the call. Very insightful which helped me out a lot.

The installers mounted the doorbell, but had a problem with the WiFI connection to the doorbell - they said the battery was dead. The next day, I had to try to re-connect the WiFi connection to the doorbell again and it never re-connected. So the installers were fine, but we were not successful with connecting the product.

Love it! Wish i had gotten it earlier. Easy to view and clear picture. The man who came and installed it set it all up and explained the options we could change for distance and about live and taped. He was very thorough in explaining and when he left I knew we could manage options well.

Anytime I’m dealing with the geek squad for service I always get the best service ever all their technicians have become very special people to help me and my 78-year-old mother I am so happy with the services that geek squad gives and the people that they hire I have such great experiences

Absolutely love that I went with the Ring security system and the addition of the wired doorbell was a plus! Being a Totaltech member was value added as I was able to have them install the product. It mimics the security system I had previously but at a fraction of the cost for professional monitoring.

The geek squad was very thorough and provided details every step of the Ring installation.

I did book appt for 2 devices (front & back door) but we only had 1 installed. We did not notice until later that we were pre-charged for 2 installs. I don't think customers should be charged before the service is done. A credit card could be requested before appt and told that if they no show, a flat fee will be charged-but if the service does occur, the customer should be charged at that time, not before!!

Technician was punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. He completed the work in about two hours and cleaned up after himself. Much appreciated. My only (mild) complaint is that the window for him showing up is too wide - four hours! This would have been really difficult for me if I did not work from home on account of the pandemic.

This installation was complicated since the previous residents left a video doorbell from another company and I didn’t have the tool to remove it. This did not slow down the team! They had it removed, my new Ring doorbell installed and provided assistance in learning how to use it.

I was very glad I had the Geek Squad assist with my Google home doorbell and camera. The technician provide advice on where to install for best results and was able to get the solar panel for the camera installed in a spot I would not have been able to reach myself.

They came and installed the ring bell no problem. Very professional

We purchased four cameras and the Ring doorbell. The two men from the Geek Squad showed up on time with a smile, they also texted prior to arrival. They knew the product and explained everything to me including the Ring app. Very happy with the Geed Squad and their great service.
