The GEEK squad came about a week after I purchased the RING doorbell and 2 cameras to install all 3. They were on time, courteous, helpful, and showed us how to manipulate the software without rushing making sure all our questions were answered.

The agent is very knowledgeable and friendly. He installed my video doorbell with great confidence. My last video doorbell stopped working soon after the agents. I was skeptical about this one. But the agent did everything confidently and explained the features nicely. Geek Squad is amazing

Very good device. It works very well and it works better than our older security device. The main reason we like it because when we get a delivery from someone we know it. Almost every time we get a delivery the driver will drop off the package and walk away.

The geek squad gentleman was great. He notified me when he was in my area. He installed my Ring Doorbell and Chime within minutes.

Sky did a fabulous job installing my Ring Door Bell. He made sure that every thing was working properly and walked me through the process. Most impressive was him following up with me about 2 weeks later to make sure the door bell was still working properly. I call that above and beyond, great service!

I purchased the Nest Hello doorbell somewhere else but wanted someone to install it for me, so I didn't break something. I was very happy with the installer who came to my house. She was very courteous and had great customer service skills. The whole process took a little over a hour, so I thought it was a little on the expensive side, but everything was done professionally. I do recommend this service if you are still debating on it or not.

Joe did a very thorough job installing the camera and setting up the app on our iPhones and iPad. He was very helpful and patient. We were so relieved that we hired the Geek Squad to install this as it wasn't near as simple as we thought.

The installation was done for my friend's home in Washington state. It was done very quickly and the technician was not as personable as my friend would have liked. He eventually had to have another technician come out as the Alexa monitor went out. The 2nd technician was very helpful.

My ring doorbell was installed perfectly. He explained everything was quick and efficient. I would recommend Geek Squad for this service

First purchase of the “Ring” product was a dud and the geek squad identified it immediately. So went back to best buy and exchanged for a newer one. Geek squad came and installed and did a great job. However, it is not working very. It wont give us instant view if someone rings door bell. Frustrating. Have to call them back again.

Needed a doorbell and floodlight camera installed. FOUR techs came to my house. The first one said the camera couldn't be installed bc there wasn't an electrical outlet close enough to it. The doorbell couldn't be installed bc it wasn't compatible with my wifi. He told me to get another doorbell and call him directly bc he would be cheaper than Best Buy (unethical). I didn't call him bc Best Buy had already charged me for the install. I thought surely they wouldn't charge me again since they didn't install anything. Wrong! 2nd team came (there were two of them) and were very nice and got the doorbell working (or so we thought) and suggested a place to install the camera. Next day camera not working again. Best Buy charged me again! 3rd guy comes and says I need a new transformer. I buy one and call him back over. 4th visit. He installs the transformer, doorbell STILL doesn't work! He tells me I need an electrician and then he can come back and install a wifi extender. I call an electrician. So far Best Buy has made 4 visits and charged me ~$500 and I still have no doorbell and no camera. I hire an electrician. Electrician tells me I didn't need a new transformer. The transformer and the doorbell both wired incorrectly. Has the doorbell working in about 20mins. Charged me $200. So I spent ~$700 to have a video doorbell installed bc the Best Buy Techs didn't know what they were doing! I owe them $500 and they didn't nothing but cost me unnecessary money. I want to call and get a refund on at least some of it but have had no luck getting anyone on the phone. Will keep trying bc this is too egregious. I've always had good luck with my computers but they should stop installing video doorbells for sure!

The young man who installed this was very kind and knowledgeable. He was a last minute tech as the store had scheduled my appointment and nobody came. After much frustration, the regional manager made a few personal calls and this guys agreed to come. I appreciate his service.

The technician installed our Ring Video Doorbell and Ring Chime. The operation of both devices was explained so well that I was able to do small adjustments on the app afterwards. We can now see who’s at the door and can speak with them. The technician paired our Echo Show with the Ring device as well so we can see the front door on the screen.

Geek squad installed. Had to adjust it so it wasn't giving a notice when a car drove down the street. Really like it since none of the shippers ring the doorbell when leaving a package. This is a 5G system - we also bought a stick-up camera which is a 2.4G (not on pkg) so we had to get a dual-band modem & router.

The agent connected my doorbell and did a great job. The Best Buy Store in south Asheville said he would also install my flood lights, he explained why he could not do what I had paid for. I then called for someone to install the light and was told we can not schedule you through August. I am very upset with the South Asheville Best Buy and very disappointed.
