I really wish Best Buy and Geek Squad would communicate better. For the first install, they gave a time window. 24 hours before they updated this and narrowed it down, which was explained to me as the expectation. I'm fine with that. The day of they called hours before this narrowed time window so no one was there and the install was missed which caused a ton of fallout because the person who's house this was at had to work that day so trying to coordinate someone to be there when Best Buy/Geek Squad is just showing up whenever causes rifts. Fast forward to a few weeks later. Install is scheduled for April 12th. Told I would get a narrow time window. This did not happen. So basically I'm not supposed to have plans all day because as far as I know the install time is 7a-7p still. 8:03am I get a text the installer is on the way and will be arriving by 9am. This is not 24 hours before the install and again having to coordinate around other's schedules these last minute notices cause rifts. If the policy is 24 hours before you should get a more accurate time - someone should look into why this is constantly not happening and it's pointless to give an update time frame if installers are always going to arrive before the new updated time. They do good work but the scheduling is a mess to try to coordinate with multiple people around.

The total tech Geek Squad service is easily one of the best purchases I have ever made. It offers tremendous value and service. I don't know where they find these Geek Squad employees but they are an all-star team of talent.
