    Be careful when you bundle your TV if it goes back on sale. They will not give you the sale price.

    Never showed up despite confirmation

    Very disappointed with BestBuy / Geek Squad.. scheduled the appointment almost a week and a half in advance. A couple of days before the install, a geek squad rep calls to confirm the appointment. We were given a time slot of 8 AM - 11PM... by 12, nobody turned up.. When I called customer service, the rep tells me that the appt was canceled.. NO NOTICE was provided about that.. the rep was unable to figure out why this was cancelled.. tired of waiting on the line, I ask the rep to call back.. he calls back a little later with still no helpful information.. by 5 PM, i call again to find out what is going on.. and this time another rep offers nonchalantly to reschedule.. and then "stumbles" upon the reason why our original appt was canceled. Apparently there is no Geek Squad rep in our area.. if that is the case, why was the order through in the first place.. why did we get a confirmation call two days in advance... and why was the appt cancelled with no notice.. Very poorly handled.. i have been a very loyal customer.. also recently got the Total Tech support plan.. this experience has left a very bad taste..

    It worked for a few days and stopped. We are purchasing a mesh Netgear system hopefully to help

    Can't Even Get the Service I Paid For

    I ordered the smart doorbell installation online. The ordering process was easy and included the setup of my appointment the following day. However, 4 hours later, I get a text stating that I needed to schedule an appointment for the service. My frustration starts from there. After speaking to 5 customer service reps and over an hour of my time, I am being told that my appointment isn't scheduled and I will be contacted by a Manager in 24 to 48 hours to get something scheduled. The scheduling system does not recognize my appointment ...AND I cannot simply cancel this mess. So, in essence, BB took my money, has no scheduled time to perform the service and provides me with no ability to cancel the order. Should have used the recommended providers listed by Nest!!!

    Continuing to have a problem

    I continue to have problems with the RING DOORBELL on my front door. Something is radically wrong and it should be avle to be resolved by these technicians. They are very knowledgeable and professional; yet, this device continues to be a problem...even after replacing the unit (and my paying additional $$$$). I had an electrican look at it and he said that BEST BUY should be able to get this item to work properly because there is voltage. ( My other RING DOORBELL works as well as my cameras.)

    Miscommunication with 3rd party installers

    Ended up mounting this myself. Delivery guy said it wasn't in stock, second guy came with doorbell and said he didn't have an order to install it. They did at least call to find out if it had been installed, but that wasn't much help after the fact.

    I was extremely disappointed when I found out the provider of my service was a third party. NOT the Geek Squad as I thought I had paid for.

    Months later amd still no assistance with installation from Best Buy Total tech. Stated that they could not installed the wired Ring Flood Light Cam. Totaltech is a waste of money. Dont buy unless you want to waste your money

    Never showed up! Then after i called to complain they said he would be there next day ..Never showed... missed 2 days of work ...never will i use best buy agian for anything that has to be installed.

    Never installed. When I called about it they would not give me a credit ony account! They installed tv great but never got our doorbell installed.
