Great service - kept at it til everything was working

Very impressed with the customer service by the Geek Squad technician that installed my Ring wifi smart videos. He explained each step and and and answered all my questions. He was considerate by making sure he cleaned up all the areas that he worked in. Could not be happier with this installation.

I was very glad I had the Geek Squad assist with my Google home doorbell and camera. The technician provide advice on where to install for best results and was able to get the solar panel for the camera installed in a spot I would not have been able to reach myself.

Guys were professional and personable. Great team !!

My video doorbell was installed by a 3rd party contractor of Geek Squad and they were wonderful! They were fast, courteous, professional, and they liked my dog. They troubleshot a wiring issue and made sure everything worked exactly right before departing.

The install of this replacement doorbell was a breeze, Ryan and his coworker were total pro's - had it up and running within minutes. Saved me much aggravation ;-) Totally recommend using the Geek Squad services.

Love it! Wish i had gotten it earlier. Easy to view and clear picture. The man who came and installed it set it all up and explained the options we could change for distance and about live and taped. He was very thorough in explaining and when he left I knew we could manage options well.

The gentleman that was going to install my doorbell was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. Unfortunately my HOA limitations prevented the install. The installer knew exactly what to do to remedy the situation and is working on a solution.

The technician installed our Ring Video Doorbell and Ring Chime. The operation of both devices was explained so well that I was able to do small adjustments on the app afterwards. We can now see who’s at the door and can speak with them. The technician paired our Echo Show with the Ring device as well so we can see the front door on the screen.

The install was done perfect, he helped me with the app and the settings afterwards...I was going to do it myself, but I did not want to screw it up. Well worth the install price. Loving my Ring Door Bell.

This was my first purchase of a video doorbell that I gave as a gift. It worked the first time and seems to be operating as expected. Used Geek Squad to install it but next time I can probably do it myself. I like the option that you can add camera and sensor features later. Not particularly fancy but easily does the job.

This installation was complicated since the previous residents left a video doorbell from another company and I didn’t have the tool to remove it. This did not slow down the team! They had it removed, my new Ring doorbell installed and provided assistance in learning how to use it.
