Using this geek squad service to install my doorbell camera was amazing. They did everything, came on time and within 2 days of me ordering the product. Showed me all the features within the app and made sure I was all setup before leaving.

The agent Jermaine was just excellent. He was very courteous and very helpful and knowledgeable. He showed up on time and call me ahead of time to let me know when he was coming. I really like him he gave excellent customer service. When I’m ready to purchase my ring cameras I am going to request Jermaine. He is a good person Jermaine restored my faith in Best Buy Geek Squard.

The agent, Yoelvis, Was incredible. He was very knowledgeable and professional and did everything to make sure that the installation was perfect, both aesthetically and functionally. He arrived on time and was very pleasant to work with. Major kudos. I couldn’t be more pleased.

I had one person come and install it but was told it wouldn’t work. Talk to another installer that came from Geek squad while he was doing a TV installation; his name is Rashad and said that the doorbell would work just fine! Went back to Best Buy and requested them again for the job; him and his partner came back again and they did a fantastic job! And the best thing is that the Nest Doorbell works fine! Thanks guys!

The Geek Squad agent named "Lontreal" was very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely resourceful in getting my smart doorbell installed considering it was not one of the top of line doorbell brands. I also very much appreciated that he followed the Best Buy CDC Covid19 guidelines from the time he arrived until he completed the installation.

Replaced a ring doorbell we have had for years. The newer ring doorbell is an upgrade and integrates with our ring cameras. The Geek squad was efficient and prompt in their installation of the ring doorbell.

I love being able to see when packages have arrived, see who is at my door and even talk to them through the device. The picture is clear and even night vision is clear. I also prefer the bell to the camera because it is hard wired into the house. My only problem is that connectivity is slow through my phone. But that is not the fault of Nest.

After the first guy could not figure it out Geek Squad sent the supervisor walked me with the pros and cons and sent his best gouge to install. He was able to install get a good quality picture. Was very happy how management made it happen.

Needed a doorbell and floodlight camera installed. FOUR techs came to my house. The first one said the camera couldn't be installed bc there wasn't an electrical outlet close enough to it. The doorbell couldn't be installed bc it wasn't compatible with my wifi. He told me to get another doorbell and call him directly bc he would be cheaper than Best Buy (unethical). I didn't call him bc Best Buy had already charged me for the install. I thought surely they wouldn't charge me again since they didn't install anything. Wrong! 2nd team came (there were two of them) and were very nice and got the doorbell working (or so we thought) and suggested a place to install the camera. Next day camera not working again. Best Buy charged me again! 3rd guy comes and says I need a new transformer. I buy one and call him back over. 4th visit. He installs the transformer, doorbell STILL doesn't work! He tells me I need an electrician and then he can come back and install a wifi extender. I call an electrician. So far Best Buy has made 4 visits and charged me ~$500 and I still have no doorbell and no camera. I hire an electrician. Electrician tells me I didn't need a new transformer. The transformer and the doorbell both wired incorrectly. Has the doorbell working in about 20mins. Charged me $200. So I spent ~$700 to have a video doorbell installed bc the Best Buy Techs didn't know what they were doing! I owe them $500 and they didn't nothing but cost me unnecessary money. I want to call and get a refund on at least some of it but have had no luck getting anyone on the phone. Will keep trying bc this is too egregious. I've always had good luck with my computers but they should stop installing video doorbells for sure!

The install of this replacement doorbell was a breeze, Ryan and his coworker were total pro's - had it up and running within minutes. Saved me much aggravation ;-) Totally recommend using the Geek Squad services.

Technician went above and beyond during the installation. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with ensuring all features were working and camera angle was exactly where we wanted it.

Excellent service. Great technician Justin who provided a lot of advice. He obviously knew all about the ring doorbell system and was able to make further recommendations. I really appreciated his help. He also phoned and texted time of arrival.

The install was done perfect, he helped me with the app and the settings afterwards...I was going to do it myself, but I did not want to screw it up. Well worth the install price. Loving my Ring Door Bell.

Jake was very professional and patient. We had scheduling conflicts due to circumstance beyond his control but he kept me informed of his ETA, he was knowledgeable about the product and helped my old school parents understand how to use the products.

Geek Squad installed my Smart doorbell quickly and walked me through the download and tutorial on the operation. I had been looking for a home security system and Geek Squad recommended this option to me. This was the best purchase I could have made for cost and effectiveness. I can now advance my security system from anywhere inside or outside my home as needed.
