Absolutely love that I went with the Ring security system and the addition of the wired doorbell was a plus! Being a Totaltech member was value added as I was able to have them install the product. It mimics the security system I had previously but at a fraction of the cost for professional monitoring.

The agent connected my doorbell and did a great job. The Best Buy Store in south Asheville said he would also install my flood lights, he explained why he could not do what I had paid for. I then called for someone to install the light and was told we can not schedule you through August. I am very upset with the South Asheville Best Buy and very disappointed.

I purchased the Nest Hello doorbell somewhere else but wanted someone to install it for me, so I didn't break something. I was very happy with the installer who came to my house. She was very courteous and had great customer service skills. The whole process took a little over a hour, so I thought it was a little on the expensive side, but everything was done professionally. I do recommend this service if you are still debating on it or not.

Sky did a fabulous job installing my Ring Door Bell. He made sure that every thing was working properly and walked me through the process. Most impressive was him following up with me about 2 weeks later to make sure the door bell was still working properly. I call that above and beyond, great service!

Geek squad installed. Had to adjust it so it wasn't giving a notice when a car drove down the street. Really like it since none of the shippers ring the doorbell when leaving a package. This is a 5G system - we also bought a stick-up camera which is a 2.4G (not on pkg) so we had to get a dual-band modem & router.

Using this geek squad service to install my doorbell camera was amazing. They did everything, came on time and within 2 days of me ordering the product. Showed me all the features within the app and made sure I was all setup before leaving.

The agent installed a second WiFi mesh extender on my home network successfully. This is not as straightforward as installing a single mesh extender and required network expertise. In the process he cleaned up some other minor network issues. Everything ran great (and better) after the agent's installation. With a Total Tech Support plan the relatively small fee I paid was well worth it.

First purchase of the “Ring” product was a dud and the geek squad identified it immediately. So went back to best buy and exchanged for a newer one. Geek squad came and installed and did a great job. However, it is not working very. It wont give us instant view if someone rings door bell. Frustrating. Have to call them back again.

The guy who came was knowledgable, quick, and very kind. He took care of the issue quickly. Highly recommended.

One crew mounted my tv on wall; another crew mounted my ring doorbell; a third crew delivered and hooked up washer and dryer. All crew members made sure everything worked and answered all questions.

The Geek Squad had some challenges installing the Ring doorbell in a tight spot next to the front door. But it is working perfectly.

This doorbell is awesome. I can see out to the street. One off the smartest buys I have made. Most my neighbors have them. So its wonderful to know our community has "eyes."
