Technician went above and beyond during the installation. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with ensuring all features were working and camera angle was exactly where we wanted it.

I did book appt for 2 devices (front & back door) but we only had 1 installed. We did not notice until later that we were pre-charged for 2 installs. I don't think customers should be charged before the service is done. A credit card could be requested before appt and told that if they no show, a flat fee will be charged-but if the service does occur, the customer should be charged at that time, not before!!

Replaced a ring doorbell we have had for years. The newer ring doorbell is an upgrade and integrates with our ring cameras. The Geek squad was efficient and prompt in their installation of the ring doorbell.

Very knowledgeable, friendly. He took his time and explaining everything to us and show us how to operate the system.

The install was done perfect, he helped me with the app and the settings afterwards...I was going to do it myself, but I did not want to screw it up. Well worth the install price. Loving my Ring Door Bell.

Geek Squad agent did a great job installing my Nest video door bell. He was professional, efficient and competent. He made sure that my app was installed on my phone and that I could view from my phone and laptop. He also made sure I knew how to access it from both. He also called the day before to confirm the delivery and install time and called the day of when he was 15-20 minutes away. Very pleased!

Installers communicated timely prior to arrival at home, came on time, very friendly, installed the security Ring Bell quickly and explained the functions. Very satisfied customer

The guys that did the install were very efficient, polite & very easy to work with. Since I am not Tech Savvy I had to rely on the info given. They were very helpful in answering my questions. It’s been over a month & I’m still trying to figure things out. Still alot of technical unknowns for the arlo cameras gen 2 & doorbell talk/video features.

The agent, Yoelvis, Was incredible. He was very knowledgeable and professional and did everything to make sure that the installation was perfect, both aesthetically and functionally. He arrived on time and was very pleasant to work with. Major kudos. I couldn’t be more pleased.

The Geeks worked tirelessly to get my system up. We started with Orlo but it would not down load and they did everything they could to trouble shoot to get it to work but we agreed to go with the Nest. Once the Nest Doorbell was secured they installed it and made sure it was working properly.

The Geek Squad technician called in advance to confirm service appointment, arrived 10 minutes ahead of schedule, and did an excellent job with installation of a new Ring Doorbell Pro / Chime Pro bundle. Installed the system without any delay or problems, customized the setup, and verified and explained all operational settings. Very professional.

Excellent service. Great technician Justin who provided a lot of advice. He obviously knew all about the ring doorbell system and was able to make further recommendations. I really appreciated his help. He also phoned and texted time of arrival.

The agents install my doorbell camera. They were helpful and answered many questions. My only complaint was that I was not called back when I requested an approximate time. I did get a call when 10 minutes away but I would have liked a 30 minutes heads up because I had to leave work.

The two guys that came to install my ring peephole door chime were amazing. They were professional, courtesy, and respectful of my home. They waited for the install to complete because these gadgets have to update when you take them out of the box and it took a minute. They even drilled a hole in my door to accommodate the peephole doorbell. Two thumbs up!
