Technician was punctual, knowledgeable and friendly. He completed the work in about two hours and cleaned up after himself. Much appreciated. My only (mild) complaint is that the window for him showing up is too wide - four hours! This would have been really difficult for me if I did not work from home on account of the pandemic.

Had a doorbell professionally installed. Great communication from the agent. The agent was friendly and professional, and installed to my satisfaction. Agent helped me with the my Apple app. Cleanup was great.

Excellent service. Great technician Justin who provided a lot of advice. He obviously knew all about the ring doorbell system and was able to make further recommendations. I really appreciated his help. He also phoned and texted time of arrival.

The installers mounted the doorbell, but had a problem with the WiFI connection to the doorbell - they said the battery was dead. The next day, I had to try to re-connect the WiFi connection to the doorbell again and it never re-connected. So the installers were fine, but we were not successful with connecting the product.

The installation of mu new ring doorbell by Best Buy went very well. Installer was done in a very short time and then he took the time to explain to me how it works.

Agents mounted my doorbell and backyard camera. His name is Garson Omar Uribe and he was excellent. He was fast, accurate and helped us understand how to use our new equipment. Very nice personality and knowledgable.

The agent, Yoelvis, Was incredible. He was very knowledgeable and professional and did everything to make sure that the installation was perfect, both aesthetically and functionally. He arrived on time and was very pleasant to work with. Major kudos. I couldn’t be more pleased.

Jake was very professional and patient. We had scheduling conflicts due to circumstance beyond his control but he kept me informed of his ETA, he was knowledgeable about the product and helped my old school parents understand how to use the products.

I had two ring doorbells installed. I loved the front doorbell so much, I bought another for the back door. So easy to use and adjust to my needs. Installer was fantastic and installed both doorbells quickly.

India installed and setup my ring doorbell. He was very professional and answered all my questions. He called me today also to see how everything was working and if had any other questions.

The Geeks worked tirelessly to get my system up. We started with Orlo but it would not down load and they did everything they could to trouble shoot to get it to work but we agreed to go with the Nest. Once the Nest Doorbell was secured they installed it and made sure it was working properly.

I did book appt for 2 devices (front & back door) but we only had 1 installed. We did not notice until later that we were pre-charged for 2 installs. I don't think customers should be charged before the service is done. A credit card could be requested before appt and told that if they no show, a flat fee will be charged-but if the service does occur, the customer should be charged at that time, not before!!

Reliable and helpful service, the person who installed our device was very friendly and communicative, it was fast and troubleshoot any issue after the installation. Recommended!

The agents mounted my ring doorbell. They also told me I had the wrong back panel. The agent searched Amazon found the correct part I needed so I could order it. Customer service is good. They are kind, knowledgeable.

It's definitely worth the money for me. I am not mechanically inclined they came in. They hooked up what I couldn't. They did it with ease and believe me. Geek Squad, they are for me.

After the first guy could not figure it out Geek Squad sent the supervisor walked me with the pros and cons and sent his best gouge to install. He was able to install get a good quality picture. Was very happy how management made it happen.

They did a really nice job. They made sure I was happy with the basic installation, then helped me configure it to recognize/ignore as appropriate, which is an import part of the installation.

The Geek Squad are the best of the best at everything they do. They never fail me . They come on time as always and deliver what they say helps fix for me.
