I love my Ring doorbell, very easy to order and have delivered. Had a Best Buy installer come and install the product. Easy transition.

After the first guy could not figure it out Geek Squad sent the supervisor walked me with the pros and cons and sent his best gouge to install. He was able to install get a good quality picture. Was very happy how management made it happen.

Jake was very professional and patient. We had scheduling conflicts due to circumstance beyond his control but he kept me informed of his ETA, he was knowledgeable about the product and helped my old school parents understand how to use the products.

The agent hooked up the Ring doorbell and we thought all was well when he left. I wish we had also done the Chime and finetuned the phone settings more so I could get better function of the device. He was very friendly and helpful. I guess I should have asked the right questions.

The Geek Squad agent named "Lontreal" was very professional, knowledgeable, and extremely resourceful in getting my smart doorbell installed considering it was not one of the top of line doorbell brands. I also very much appreciated that he followed the Best Buy CDC Covid19 guidelines from the time he arrived until he completed the installation.

One crew mounted my tv on wall; another crew mounted my ring doorbell; a third crew delivered and hooked up washer and dryer. All crew members made sure everything worked and answered all questions.

Agents mounted my doorbell and backyard camera. His name is Garson Omar Uribe and he was excellent. He was fast, accurate and helped us understand how to use our new equipment. Very nice personality and knowledgable.

I had one person come and install it but was told it wouldn’t work. Talk to another installer that came from Geek squad while he was doing a TV installation; his name is Rashad and said that the doorbell would work just fine! Went back to Best Buy and requested them again for the job; him and his partner came back again and they did a fantastic job! And the best thing is that the Nest Doorbell works fine! Thanks guys!

I love being able to see when packages have arrived, see who is at my door and even talk to them through the device. The picture is clear and even night vision is clear. I also prefer the bell to the camera because it is hard wired into the house. My only problem is that connectivity is slow through my phone. But that is not the fault of Nest.
