Customer Service did an outstanding job in clearing up a certain Geek squads unprofessionalism by not performing his technical assignment. Paul, Mohammed, & escalation team quickly rectified the appointment for the install / mount of my TV.

It's definitely worth the money for me. I am not mechanically inclined they came in. They hooked up what I couldn't. They did it with ease and believe me. Geek Squad, they are for me.

Agent unable to program doorbell into my WiFi system. Said I should reschedule (at no charge) the installation after I purchase a more expensive unit with a newer operating system, and possibly a smart door chime as well. Two weeks later, and just shy of $500 expenditures, I have a Ring Video Doorbell and Wireless Chime.

This Ring doorbell works well. I particularly like how I can place the remote ringer in any power outlet and that it also rings in my iPhone. I have mine hardwired into the house's electrical power and don't have to worry about batteries.

Works pretty good, doesn't always notify when you aren't home, but generally does. Delivery services don't bother to ring the bell, cuz they know it will tell me anyway. It even told me the other day that someone had picked up a package left at my door. Luckily, it was I. Still getting used to it.

Both gentlemen knew exactly what they were doing and were very knowledgeable. Installed doorbell, tested to make sure both home chime and included base worked, checked video quality and sound and setup up in app. Explained everything they did and answered my questions.

Reliable and helpful service, the person who installed our device was very friendly and communicative, it was fast and troubleshoot any issue after the installation. Recommended!

The doorbell installer performed his work in. An excellent manner and with courtesy the camera is working fine. He answered all my questins.

The original install date was their error, and took 3 more times of them coming out to fix their error of not getting it installed correctly from the first corrected install date. The install contractor was very cooperative and worked outside of Best Buy's schedule to fix the problem. However, Best Buy kept calling me telling me my install date was cancelled or not accurate before each time the contractor didn't use their schedule to work with me to correct his errors. In the end the product was working correctly, but it was sloppy and crooked on the visual install. I'm ending up having to paint over the surrounding additional board they used to get the part to stay in with. I would give it 5 stars if it was all done correctly the first time and if it didn't take so long to get done, and if I didn't have to do anything extra to make it look decent from their errors afterward. But at least it's working and works great after 5 months use.

I love the door bell that I selected. I get a clear image of who is at my door, and being able to talk with them is a bonus that makes it even more valuable. You know that the door bell rings when you are busy with something, this lets you tell who ever, that you will be there, so that they don't go away, and you can sign for what they are here to deliver.

The guys we have had out from the Geek Squad have been very helpful and professional. Unfortunately the number to call to schedule help isn't as good. I had to go into the store to schedule service however the store GM was quick to get it resolved. Only reason I gave a 4 out of 5 stars is because of the phone service.

The Geek Squad had some challenges installing the Ring doorbell in a tight spot next to the front door. But it is working perfectly.

In my old house. I set up the Ring Flood Lighta myself. I intended to install the Ring 2 as well, but when I opened the box, I was a little overwhelmed. I decided to let Geek Squad do it. As a member of the geek squad service program, the installs are less. The installer was very nice, set up well, tested and taught me how to use the app. Very good service

I was very pleased with the installation. He notified me before he arrived and was to the minute of arriving on time.

The agents mounted Ring Video doorbell in a short amount of time. The agents were very professional knowledgeable

I purchased the Total Tech Membership and Best Buy sent members of the Geek Squad to my house to do the installation. They were very friendly during the process and did a great job.

Agent installed a new Blink camera doorbell. It still does not reach as far as the one I initially had installed. It will not pick up on people walking across the street

agent arrived on time - he was very courteous to us and our house - he worked quickly and efficiently but took time to answer any questions we had - when the install was finished he double checked all his work, explained everything he had done, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were comfortable with everything before he left. Adam did a great job!!

The Geek Squad came and installed my Ring Video Doorbell. They were prompt and completed the installation in a timely manner. They even gave me a quick tutorial on how to use the ring and mobile app.

EXCELLENT CHOICE DOOR BELL SECURITY DEVICE FOR THE MONEY. GREAT PRICE ALSO FROM BEST BUY. AND LAST BUT NOT LEAST WE HAD A ISSUE WITH THE DEVICE BUT AS ALWAYS THE GEEK SQUAD WAS THERE TO MAKE IT WORK TO OUR COMPLETE SATISFACTION
