My Ring doorbell was installed thru my Geek Squad plan, so my cost was $0. The installer showed up on time, was professional, explained what he was doing, and then showed me how to use my new doorbell. And now it works great!

The Doorbell installation was absolutely great. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and worked diligently to synch the doorbell and chime; The end result was a successfully installed Ring Doorbell 4. My trust in Geek Squad and Best Buy is at an all-time high.

Agent unable to program doorbell into my WiFi system. Said I should reschedule (at no charge) the installation after I purchase a more expensive unit with a newer operating system, and possibly a smart door chime as well. Two weeks later, and just shy of $500 expenditures, I have a Ring Video Doorbell and Wireless Chime.

The two agents installed my Nest video doorbell and showed me how to connect to my Google Home. It works great and gives me an eye to the front of my house that I did not have before.

The agents installed my Ring door bell They did a great job. I really appreciate their technical skill . They helped me trouble shoot Wi-Fi connections and get the Ring app installed on my smart phone.

Geek Squad installed our Ring doorbell. He tested all the options. Had plenty of patience explaining how everything works.

I wish I would have purchased one sooner. The installation team had it done in no time and walked me through the app and how to operate it as well. Very professional and will be purchasing more security items based on this experience from the Best Buy team.

I love the door bell that I selected. I get a clear image of who is at my door, and being able to talk with them is a bonus that makes it even more valuable. You know that the door bell rings when you are busy with something, this lets you tell who ever, that you will be there, so that they don't go away, and you can sign for what they are here to deliver.

The original install date was their error, and took 3 more times of them coming out to fix their error of not getting it installed correctly from the first corrected install date. The install contractor was very cooperative and worked outside of Best Buy's schedule to fix the problem. However, Best Buy kept calling me telling me my install date was cancelled or not accurate before each time the contractor didn't use their schedule to work with me to correct his errors. In the end the product was working correctly, but it was sloppy and crooked on the visual install. I'm ending up having to paint over the surrounding additional board they used to get the part to stay in with. I would give it 5 stars if it was all done correctly the first time and if it didn't take so long to get done, and if I didn't have to do anything extra to make it look decent from their errors afterward. But at least it's working and works great after 5 months use.

In my old house. I set up the Ring Flood Lighta myself. I intended to install the Ring 2 as well, but when I opened the box, I was a little overwhelmed. I decided to let Geek Squad do it. As a member of the geek squad service program, the installs are less. The installer was very nice, set up well, tested and taught me how to use the app. Very good service

The guys we have had out from the Geek Squad have been very helpful and professional. Unfortunately the number to call to schedule help isn't as good. I had to go into the store to schedule service however the store GM was quick to get it resolved. Only reason I gave a 4 out of 5 stars is because of the phone service.

The fellow did a great job installing my ring video doorbell. It works perfectly. He also ran thru the workings of the tech settings. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. An asset to Best Buy.

agent arrived on time - he was very courteous to us and our house - he worked quickly and efficiently but took time to answer any questions we had - when the install was finished he double checked all his work, explained everything he had done, answered all of our questions, and made sure we were comfortable with everything before he left. Adam did a great job!!

I had Javier and Katie from the Stockton store and geek squad agents coming to install my Arlo doorbell and hook me up they were the best representatives of their store I've ever met and they were quite efficient very pleased with the job they did.

Excellent service! The tech had my Ring Chime Pro installed and working perfectly in conjunction with my cell phone in a matter of minutes. He was very courteous and followed all of the necessary Covid guidelines. Just an excellent experience! This tech was 5-star all the way!
