The agents installed my Ring door bell They did a great job. I really appreciate their technical skill . They helped me trouble shoot Wi-Fi connections and get the Ring app installed on my smart phone.

The installation was done right away and my door bell worked for4 days. On fifth day, doorbell video and camera stopped working. We are asking the team to come and investigate to see if it is doorbell that is not working or another issue. So far, they have not come yet. They schedule the wrong department to come help us, they got someone that is not authorized or have no license. So they schedule another agent to come and we will see what happens

The two agents installed my Nest video doorbell and showed me how to connect to my Google Home. It works great and gives me an eye to the front of my house that I did not have before.

The Installer, John, did a great job and he went beyond the call of duty due to an error of the in-home consultant. The Ring product that was installed works great and I love being able to share it. Installers were okay. Mistakenly told me i could move chime without affecting the internet hook up. I moved the chime and needed help to hook up ringdoorbell and chime.

The fellow did a great job installing my ring video doorbell. It works perfectly. He also ran thru the workings of the tech settings. He was pleasant and knowledgeable. An asset to Best Buy.

Got it working in no time. It had already been physically installed but was not working. It was a problem with the iPad and he fixed that. He also fixed a lot of little things going on with the new one, like updating the printer driver. He was polite, efficient and great to work with.

the service itself was fine. my best buy credit card with 1700 dollars in credit would not work for a 500 dollar purchase and i ended up having to put it on an amex card

The guys that they sent over to install my TVs and my doorbell were excellent he installed the doorbell while the other one worked on one of the TVs and basically walked me through the steps of how to access the doorbell and connected to my app and how it works

Tech Mounted my 85” Tv and connected with all my devices too. Wow We have got Internet Mesh from best buy and they installed it. Peace of mind of Fast Wifi.

Smart Doorbell Installers were very professional and everything runs smoothly , Best Buy is the only place we go for our computers, appliance. it’s nice to have a place you can Trust, we have been doing and will continue do business since the 80’s. It also nice that the employees don’t do commission and sell you what you only what you need.

The installation was slightly difficult, because my home is older and the doorbell wiring was not great. The installer had to come twice because the outside portion of the wiring was problematic. I replaced the wiring myself, and the installer completed the job with no problem.

The agent installed my ring doorbell and helped me set up everything to view on my phone. He reviewed everything with me and followed up with me the next day to see if it was working okay. Everything has been working fine since the installation.

The doorbell was fine. BUt, they didn't connect it to the App and they took away the box it came in with the QR code on it to activate.
