I like it. Works great just wish it had color at night time. During the day it does just night time shows up black and white Easy install as I did it myself as well

Installers were okay. Mistakenly told me i could move chime without affecting the internet hook up. I moved the chime and needed help to hook up ringdoorbell and chime.

The agent installing the cameras was very professional and helpful. Went on and beyond, detailed oriented and provided great recommendations on where to place the camera angles. The family is very satisfied and grateful for his assistance. Thank you, Emil.

We have just renewed our Total Tech for another year. We have been very pleased with the service and GEEK SQUAD support that this has provided us with solving computer problems, the installation of a new computer, and also the great installation of a Eufy security door bell and cameras.

The gentleman who installed the doorbells and floodlights done an excellent job. He was very professional and took time to express how all the equipment work together! Would use him again.

My Ring Doorbell Pro was installed very professionally by a very kind expert, Ricky. When the first camera failed to work, Ricky kindly waited for me to get a new one from the nearby Best Buy and fixed it. Things worked well. He also helped set up the interior chimes of the digital doorbell and connected the Ring to my phone and laptop. Kudos to Ricky.

Ring Doorbell has been very beneficial for me since I have packages delivered to my home. I can see when they are delivered and immediately get them in the house. If I am not at home, I also can make excuses for not answering the door and give the postal service, FedEx etc. instructions. If people are selling or soliciting can make an excuse for not answering the door. Really love my Ring Doorbell.

As always, good service. My issue was taken care of promptly abd was in and out in a matter of minutes....one of the many reasons I keep coming back .

I love me Ring Peephole doorbell. My house is situated in such a way that the regular Ring doorbell would not see anything but the porch. This one sees all the way down the walkway, and cars coming to park here. Thing is, the battery has only been lasting a couple of days. If you get one, buy a second batter for back up.

The guys that they sent over to install my TVs and my doorbell were excellent he installed the doorbell while the other one worked on one of the TVs and basically walked me through the steps of how to access the doorbell and connected to my app and how it works

The agent mounted all of my cameras that he could and connected them. Very knowledgeable.

Got it working in no time. It had already been physically installed but was not working. It was a problem with the iPad and he fixed that. He also fixed a lot of little things going on with the new one, like updating the printer driver. He was polite, efficient and great to work with.

Came helped me with installing new door bell, there was already another bell installed they help removing old one and setup new and online access setup

The guy from geek squad installed my security doorbell in a professional manner. He showed me how to use the program and answered all of my questions. A good experience.

The agent installed my video doorbell. Requiring a minimum of characters is unnecessary, and just about made me delete the email.

We thought the previous doorbells didn't work. Thought another part was needed but the Geek Squad was amazing and was able to get both front and back Ring video doorbells installed and working.
