Installation of door bell. Knowledgeable of installation.. Very honest of what installation was about.

The doorbell was fine. BUt, they didn't connect it to the App and they took away the box it came in with the QR code on it to activate.

The installers did a great job. The install was painless and quick. Since our front door is stained glass someone could see through it if you were to answer the door. My wife would never answer it. With the Ring Door Bell Pro she now knows when a package is delivered and if someone comes to the door she can see them and also ask who it it. I recommend this product to everyone.

The gentleman who installed the doorbells and floodlights done an excellent job. He was very professional and took time to express how all the equipment work together! Would use him again.

As always, good service. My issue was taken care of promptly abd was in and out in a matter of minutes....one of the many reasons I keep coming back .

The agent came in checked everything out first. He finished in a half-hour and everything worked great. If I had done it, it would have taken me over an hour with at least one trip to the hardware store for something I needed. He had everything he needed. He was also very polite and friendly and was a pleasure to talk to about the installation.

Ring Pro Doorbell Installed and brief instruction was given on operation. I had ordered Ring Doorbell which was too big for my door frame. Geek Squad showed me the difference between Ring and Ring Pro. Ring Pro is a slimmer device and fit perfectly on my door frame. I was able to return Ring and exchange for Ring Pro with minimal inconvenience.

I like it. Works great just wish it had color at night time. During the day it does just night time shows up black and white Easy install as I did it myself as well

The technician arrived on time and got the job done very quickly. He also answered all of my questions and even helped me set up the wifi extender that came with the Ring doorbell. Best Buy's Geek Squad is awesome, and I have had them installed doorbell, refrigerator, etc. over the years and was never disappointed.

Geek Squad installed our Ring doorbell. He tested all the options. Had plenty of patience explaining how everything works.

He was on time nice friendly i stood there explained very detailed specifically what an how i wanted to have ring pro installed an did not do what we went over, he put the wall plate on an i told him i didnt want it he has the wiring showing an he said it would not, i had to take it down an fix these 2 things.

The two young gentlemen were very courteous and very professional. The installation was quick and they made it look so easy. They were very patient in answering all questions and in assisting with the installation of the RING APP on our cell phones.

The agents installed my Arlo door bell camera and a camera in the rear of the house. They did a great job. Took some phone calls to ATT to add 2g to my internet. I would never have known how to do that. BB is the best. And get the Total Tech program. It's wonderful.

The geek squad that came to install did a phenomenal job. The installer had the same set up and assured me what I got was a great deal. They installed the ring doorbell. They showed me how to use the features, came in full safety attire, and were respectful of our home. I would recommend them for more.

This is one of the best parts of the Ring doorbell in our opinion. It helps enhance the doorbell chime and the chime can be changed to a number of sounds. One of the most important parts of the Ring's success depends on the strength of your WiFi - which is the primary function of this component.

We thought the previous doorbells didn't work. Thought another part was needed but the Geek Squad was amazing and was able to get both front and back Ring video doorbells installed and working.

The Geek Squad always does an awesome job. I call them for every TV installments. I had them install the first doorbell and I had replace that one and as always and other amazing experience.
