Great doorbell camera, easy install and setup. But make sure you have the correct voltage doorbell transformer.

The tech people were very professional, polite, and knowledgeable about how to install the products. I'm not happy with those scheduling and not contacting me to let me know change in window of time.

Total Tech did a great job helping me get the correct ring doorbell and installed timely eventhough I orginally ordered incorrect one online. I have been extremely satisfied with Total Tech/Geek Squad.

Agent was professional and courteous. I was lucky to get one that was an electrician and he was able to connect the doorbell to my chime. He also connected it to google home.

The installation was slightly difficult, because my home is older and the doorbell wiring was not great. The installer had to come twice because the outside portion of the wiring was problematic. I replaced the wiring myself, and the installer completed the job with no problem.

The technicians were great! They arrived at schedule on time, inform me of their arrival time, and updated me when they were just a few minutes away. They were very friendly, professional, and courteous.

The member who installed the doorbell knew what he was doing and did an excellent job. I recommend that you demand a "geek squad" member do your installs rather than an outside company that they have help them.

The rain video doorbell was installed by best, but quite now I can now I do not have to go to the door and look to see who’s at the door.
