Ring doorbell installation was rescheduled twice because my doorbell wires were needing to be replaced. Now my doorbell finally works!!!! The team was amazing and flexible with working with me.

The tech people were very professional, polite, and knowledgeable about how to install the products. I'm not happy with those scheduling and not contacting me to let me know change in window of time.

Michael the Geek squad agent communicated through email his anticipated time of arrival and arrived accordingly. He was knowledgeable, took his time to show me while he installed the the video camera and even waited while I created the account for my device. Overall, I give the product and service 5 out of 5.

Absolutely great service ! Came on time, installed my ring equipment and explained everything to me. Have had the same man before, this time two men both very professional. Recommend Geek Squad highly!!

The installation, which included signal boosters, was a disaster. The doorbell wouldn't ring, it lost its connection with the internet, my printer lost its internet connection, and my computer would not send emails. I had to spend several hundred dollars to fix the internet and connection problems and needed to hire an electrician to get the doorbell installed properly. The Geek Squad installer never returned any of my emails. The doorbell is now properly installed and working O.K.

Two techs quickly got the doorbell installed and talked through the best positioning (more complicated due to door placement) which gave us an even better view than we originally planned. They were friendly, patient and professional. THANKS, GUYS!

Total Tech did a great job helping me get the correct ring doorbell and installed timely eventhough I orginally ordered incorrect one online. I have been extremely satisfied with Total Tech/Geek Squad.

Nice Guy, He installed a ring door bell. Forget to ask me what time I want it to ring. My phone battery went dead lkk first day. Getting any help at BEST BUY has not been easy. No one inside the store is trained on the ring.

Your service person named Lee did an excellent job. He was polite, courteous and very helpful. he walked me through the process of downloading information to my phone. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I totally recommend the Geek Squad installation for the door bell camera, they removed the old door bell and installed the ring door bell in 30 minutes. It gave me a real secure feeling that the installation was done properly and everything worked properly.

Jasmine was very friendly and knowledgeable about how to set up the Nest Doorbell. She answered all of my wife's questions about how to use it, and it was a quick installation. She helped my wife set up the nest app on her phone as well.
