The agent installed my video doorbell. Requiring a minimum of characters is unnecessary, and just about made me delete the email.

The agent installed new Ring spotlight cams, solar panels and doorbell. They also helped set up the app. The installer arrived within the window, was quick and accuate.

Two techs came out to install a video doorbell which was gifted to me. Techs arrived on time and completed the installation after resolving a minor issue with the product. Very professional would definitely recommend to others.

Grwat service overall. Had to rewire doorbell to existing doorbell after it was installed so it would charge correctly. Not to difficult jus wish it got done while they were here.

I recently bought a nest hello video doorbell and decided to have Geek Squad install the bell. My techinician was professional and courteous. He slowly went over things that I needed to know and made sure everything is working perfectly and that I’m satisfied. Highly recommended.

Daniel came out and informed me he could hook up my doorbell to the inside doorbell and I didn’t need the more expensive one. He did a super job and couldn’t be nice. He even returned the more expensive to the store

The install technician showed up on time and the installation was excellent. The technician took the time after install to ensure that I fully understood how to operate the product and set it up. Definitely highly recommend this service!

I was very impressed with the ring doorbell install. I purchased the hardwire version, and was concerned about hooking it up myself. The Geek Squad came out as scheduled, and had the Ring installed in under 30 mins. They also walked me through the app and features. I could not ask for a more professional install.

The installation went well, no major issues. They cleaned up after themselves and made sure it was working. They could have done a better job of adjusting the sensitivity as the Video doorbell was picking up every car that drove by.

Techs got my doorbell up and running in very little. They uploaded everything on the phone, and made sure I was able to understand everything. They also hooked me up with everything on my Alexa, which was awesome!!

The rain video doorbell was installed by best, but quite now I can now I do not have to go to the door and look to see who’s at the door.

Been hesitating for a long time about some type of video doorbell old one finally broke and bought the Ring pro 2. This is an excellent piece of equipment and full filled our expectations. Glad I joined the Ring family
