Great product but DON'T use Geek Squad to install it! Had 3 different technicians come out and all of them connected the Ring Transformer to the wrong place causing a short.

The Nest Smart Doorbell, installed by the Geek Squad, is an excellent addition in securing my "Smart Home." I personally appreciate the ability of the recognition feature of the system. It can actually tell me the name of the person ringing my front door regardless where I am, in or away from my home. The Nest camera view is the best available.

Willis who did our install was terrific! Before that I had a nightmare time with best buy setting up the appointment. It got cancelled on me 3 times by the computer. Total nightmare

The Geek squad team performed a very fast installation like the real professionals they are, installing and testing this amazing product in record time. For any future security device or absolutely any electronic device that need to be installed, the Geek squad will be the chosen team to make it happen by all means.

We had to order another Ring doorbell. It was broken

The first doorbell installation was in January. That was excellent. I also had hue lights, motion sensors,and alexa installed at the same time. The second doorbell install was on March 6, 2020. I had problems after that with the chime ringing continuously without being pushed. So we had to disconnect the chime. Due to the covid 19 protocols, we were without doorbell ringing until November. The problem was a short in the doorbell coming into my kitchen from the garage. This one was mistakenly handled by the agent when he was supposed to be using a wire outside the garage for the second ring doorbell. Now I have the expense of have another wire installed for the doorbell.

Chris did a gret job installing my new Ring door bell. He made the required connections and explained what he did in a way that I understood. Chris is a great asset to Best Buy.

I purchased this for my dad since I was worried that he wouldn’t be able to install it himself. I live in Texas and my dad is in Ohio. They were able to set up an install with him and it works beautifully! Definitely made a tech gift easier for someone who isn’t comfortable with DIY install.

Being able to have professional come to my home and install my ring pro was the best. They were friendly, professional and arrived to my home on time. After completing the install they were able to answer my questions and even helped me setup the Ring app on my phone.. Great job..

Wired Video Doorbell working as expected so far. Has a very wide view which is great. Geek squad installation process of my arlo doorbell, pro 4 cameras and my eero mesh network was thorough, helpful with my questions and timely.

Our install person was the best we have encountered yet! Since we were not familiar with ring, he took the time to explain the app to me. He was fast and efficient!

It works great. it gives a good clear picture and sounds good. Just wish it had an actual door bell for someone to ring.

Ring pro doorbell installed works occasionally due to not enough power going to it . But the install was great !

Really pleased with the overall functionality of this product but needed a second agent more knowledgeable of how the Ring System works. We are still having an issue keeping the phone connected but are able to review and get notified with WIFI. The alarm went off all three of us got a call. It is like being in our home while we are out!

Geek squad performed a flawless install. The tech drilled into the stucco, mounted the unit and helped configure the app. He had the tools and knowledge to install the unit with ease.
