We would not have bought our Ring doorbell if we couldn't have had it installed. The installer was on time, very friendly and gave us tips on to make the best use of the doorbell.

Great doorbell camera, easy install and setup. But make sure you have the correct voltage doorbell transformer.

The agents arrived early, better than On-Time... They called me prior to their arrival to inform me of their approximate arrival time. .. They were fast, friendly, helpful and demonstrated how the Ring Doorbell operates, after it was installed...I want the same two (2) agents to return to install Ring cameras!!!

Wired Video Doorbell working as expected so far. Has a very wide view which is great. Geek squad installation process of my arlo doorbell, pro 4 cameras and my eero mesh network was thorough, helpful with my questions and timely.

Agent installed my ring doorbell that I had previously purchased. Although I had not scheduled it, for an additional fee she installed an updated computer router that I previously purchased. She was professional, friendly, and very helpful. I would gladly use the Geek Squad again.

Wish I had know the ring devises I purchased in store and later had the geek guys install was not compatible with my low voltage wiring. I had to upgrade the door bells to the tune of an additional $50 each.

The techs mounted my new ring doorbell quickly and perfectly the first time. I am really glad I had them do it because it was way more complicated than this two left hands guy wanted to get involved doing. I love this service!
