Agent repaired my Ring device and sold me a Chime doorbell device.

Chris did a gret job installing my new Ring door bell. He made the required connections and explained what he did in a way that I understood. Chris is a great asset to Best Buy.

Even though this was the technician's first experience with a Ring Peephole Video Door Bell, he was able to connect it, along with the Pro Cime Wi-Fi Extender, show me how everything works and stayed until I had mastered the device, registered it on-line and answered all my questions. A true professional!

Great product but DON'T use Geek Squad to install it! Had 3 different technicians come out and all of them connected the Ring Transformer to the wrong place causing a short.

The agent mounted my ring to my front door, working well and did a great job. Explained everything about the operations of the ring how to insert the battery and answered all of my questions that I asked.

Wasn't too happy that when scheduling, I had to wait a week for the Geek Squad to arrive. Appreciated the reminders and status of arrival time. Right on time, got Ring items installed and helped with setting up our cell phones with answers to all our questions.

The geek squad kept me updated with time of service and even arrived before my appointment time. They were friendly and professional. Had the job completed in a flash. Explained everything properly! Both wore mask and booties when they had to come inside. Highly recommend!

Graydon was extremely efficient and knowledgeable about the RING doorbell and did a good job of installing it and making sure it was working properly. He helped me and my wife set up and understand the app and connected it to our existing wi-fi. Would recommend this to a friend.

I love it. When I’m away from home I can talk to people at the door and they don’t know if I’m home or not. Battery does not drain fast like the salesman said.

Installer (third party not Best Buy) came on time. However, doorbell was dropped onto my concrete entryway when unboxing and was scuffed up. I was insured it wouldn't be visible due to the backplate once installed. Unfortunately was visible and I ended up going to the store and exchanging it for a new one (with no issues). Also it would have been nice to know that there was an option for a wider angle mounting plate before installing (would have helped for being able to see driveway/car area in front of house)

Installed Wi-Fi wireless doorbell. I did t want to hassle with drilling screws into brick. Geek Squad did it and all the Wi-Fi setup and it works great.

Alex did an amazing job with installing our ring system. He was friendly, knowledgeable and efficient in getting everything set up. He helped us understand how to use the system and navigate the ring app!

Agent hooked my wired Hello Doorbell and it works just fine. Only problem is it is not sync with other google devices, and agent was hung up on twice by google. So it is still a work in progress

Geek squad performed a flawless install. The tech drilled into the stucco, mounted the unit and helped configure the app. He had the tools and knowledge to install the unit with ease.

The installation was good but not able to use power so had to buy a 2nd battery . That ok but you have to change the batter . Looks like a full charge will last 3 months . Little bit of a pain to change because of small screw ales Ring wants $3 per camera for you to record video which is a Giant Rip !

I like how the doorbell rings and the fact I can charge it as needed and that it has a range you can adjust and it also is the same brand as another camera I have so I only have to go to one app to view both cameras.

The installer was quick, efficient and very friendly. He taught us how to remove the battery from the Ring doorbell, recharge it and re-install. Great service, education and a friendly visit.

Our install person was the best we have encountered yet! Since we were not familiar with ring, he took the time to explain the app to me. He was fast and efficient!

We received a google doorbell for a special occasion. After reading the instructions, we decided it would be best if we had the geek squad install it for us. The service person showed up on time, quickly installed it and showed us how it works. Overall, very happy with the agent and installation.
