The agent was courteous, on time and did a super job! Showed us how to install all necessary apps and demonstrated the devices. We have had this agent in the past for other services and the agent is top notch including answering any after install questions promptly via phone. Great service as always!

Josh is our GS techie for South County. He is fantastic.. super nice, very professional, stayed and answered all our questions, made sure everything was working to our satisfaction. He came out twice b/c we had bought the wrong Ring component, but scheduled us right there and showed up on time.. we totally were satisfied.

It works great. it gives a good clear picture and sounds good. Just wish it had an actual door bell for someone to ring.

The person installing was very helpful. The process of scheduling I would rate a 0 but since the person that came and installed was willing to install the items I had I was pleased

The first video doorbell pro I bought worked for about a month then stopped working. I took it back and got a replacement. It is working great now and the customer service I received was fantastic.

Not bad but unless you’ve the membership with Best Buy this service is 99 dollars. Fortunately I had the Best Buy membership and it made it 49 but overall if you want to save money then just install it yourself it’s pretty simple.

I want to stay all the staff and geek squad generous than showing me how the equipment work and how they installed it and very specially and would help anytime you call them and ask them any questions they gave me a personal number and cell phone number in a real helpful thank you

The agent mounted my Smart Doorbell and had it up and running in a matter of minutes He connected it to my other devices (iPhone and Echo). He was very knowledgeable about the device and showed me how to use it via my smartphone and Echo. He didn’t leave until all of my questions were answered.

Techs were on-time and installed 2 ring doorbells before a storm arrived. They were very professional, gave instructions on how to use and cleaned up before leaving.

The install of my Ring doorbell pro went smoothly and was done correctly the first time. They actually send someone out for a site survey prior to the install to make sure everything is as it should be. This was at no cost and makes a lot of sense.
