The first video doorbell pro I bought worked for about a month then stopped working. I took it back and got a replacement. It is working great now and the customer service I received was fantastic.

He arrived on time, was very attentive, informative and respectful. He also cleaned up and give us tips for usage!

The agent was punctual and professional. He correctly and efficiently installed my Ring peephole camera. Happy with the service, but the product itself has issues that I did not become aware of until it was installed. That is the fault of Ring, not Geek Squad, which did what they were supposed to do.

The agent was amazing. We moved into a 6 month old smart home but had no info from the previous owner on the devices in the house. The doorbell rang randomly. She figured out how to reset the Ring device and what to do with other smart devices in the house. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

Installed Wi-Fi wireless doorbell. I did t want to hassle with drilling screws into brick. Geek Squad did it and all the Wi-Fi setup and it works great.

It's a great product.I like the fact that I can see who is at my front door without getting up or being at home.

Had difficulty connecting chime and advised me to go to store and get replacement as it is defective. New one had the same problem but young man was able to connect by putting in pass word manually.

Our install person was the best we have encountered yet! Since we were not familiar with ring, he took the time to explain the app to me. He was fast and efficient!

The Geek Squad was very professional and made sure we understood how the Ring doorbell worked. They also instructed us on downloading the app and how to maneuver within the app. We greatly appreciated all of their help.

It works great. it gives a good clear picture and sounds good. Just wish it had an actual door bell for someone to ring.

the squad called to notify us they were on the way and confirm directions. they arrived as scheduled, and performed the installation and connection to our home network efficiently. in addition, they were quite friendly and engaging as they explained the process

Techs were on-time and installed 2 ring doorbells before a storm arrived. They were very professional, gave instructions on how to use and cleaned up before leaving.

The techs on 11/11/2021 came in to installed the Ring doorbell but explained nothing. They did it fast and one tech went outside and just left the other tech. Nothing was specified or tested regarding its operation or video value, secret verification code and password importance.No shoe covers were used. Everything seemed rushed. The were recalled a second time regarding the video issues and immediately told not their responsibility.

The agent installed my doorbell perfectly. He was very cordial and informative. He also linked the doorbell to my Alexa. Could not have asked for a better agent.

I have used the Geek squad a few times. This time they installed my Ring 2. My installer did a great job of making sure I had a full understanding of how to use the new doorbell. He was gave me his contact information in case I have trouble after he left. Certainly worth the money to have them do your install.

The agent mounted all of my cameras that he could and connected them. Very knowledgeable.
