This is an excellent product which has proved to be an excellent investment and provides peace of mind. Total Tech came and installed it at no cost and explained everything in detail.

Door bell is clear and has a microphone. Like the clarity. Night vision is far better than my old camera. Installers were dressed well, courteous and kept me involved in the process. Two installers came and installed several items timely and even set up my TV with programs for me.

Install service was great! Agent was quick and efficient installing the doorbell and syncing the chime, but then took time to walk me through setting up the features and answering all my questions!

the 2 gentleman that came were very nice. they installed it and talked me through how to recharge the doorbell. sadly I ended up not liking the door bell camera. But the service was great.

The agent installed the Ring cameras at three locations and explained everything to me, including how to change the battery.

Sadly, the technician rushed through the installation and within a day after his visit, the doorbell stopped ringing in the house. I could view the front door and the bell sounded OUTSIDE the house, but I could hear nothing inside the house. Fortunately, I had another Geek Squad install scheduled for something else and that technician made it all work perfectly. I love the doorbell, particularly because I live in a three story townhome and it allows me to see who might be at my front door before I run down (and then back up) two steep flights of steps.

The first doorbell camera was defective and the Tech team was unable to install but have instructions on how to get the issues resolved. The 2nd appointment to install went flawlessly!

This Ring Doorbell is an added enhancement of home security. The door bell sound is excellent, the camera works well and the alerts to human motion lets you know when someone is in your immediate area. The 'neighbor' alerts also lets you know what is happening in the general area - a real plus all around

Yes, they have tried to keep my TV from turning off by itself-the TV still does this at some times, but it is better than it was.

Agent installed my Ring doorbell and I love it. Had SimpliSafe but I like the Ring much better, I wish I remembered the agent's name that installed it because he was awesome. So friendly and even set up the app on my phone.
