The installer mentioned that our chime wasn't going to fit with the piece and the casing we had but, he noticed there was a hole where he could possibly fit the chime in. He was able to do it and finish the job relatively quickly!

The agent was amazing. We moved into a 6 month old smart home but had no info from the previous owner on the devices in the house. The doorbell rang randomly. She figured out how to reset the Ring device and what to do with other smart devices in the house. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

The geek squad team installed two ring door bells for my home and took the time to make sure that I downloaded the app and that everything was functioning correctly.

Had difficulty connecting chime and advised me to go to store and get replacement as it is defective. New one had the same problem but young man was able to connect by putting in pass word manually.

The agent was punctual and professional. He correctly and efficiently installed my Ring peephole camera. Happy with the service, but the product itself has issues that I did not become aware of until it was installed. That is the fault of Ring, not Geek Squad, which did what they were supposed to do.

the 2 gentleman that came were very nice. they installed it and talked me through how to recharge the doorbell. sadly I ended up not liking the door bell camera. But the service was great.

Install service was great! Agent was quick and efficient installing the doorbell and syncing the chime, but then took time to walk me through setting up the features and answering all my questions!

The techs on 11/11/2021 came in to installed the Ring doorbell but explained nothing. They did it fast and one tech went outside and just left the other tech. Nothing was specified or tested regarding its operation or video value, secret verification code and password importance.No shoe covers were used. Everything seemed rushed. The were recalled a second time regarding the video issues and immediately told not their responsibility.

The first doorbell camera was defective and the Tech team was unable to install but have instructions on how to get the issues resolved. The 2nd appointment to install went flawlessly!

The agent was very nice and knowledgeable. He explained everything where I could understand. I feel so safe in my house.
