Yes, they have tried to keep my TV from turning off by itself-the TV still does this at some times, but it is better than it was.

The Geek Squad installed the Ring doorbell and we really like it.

The agent's install two door bells. In house consultant recommended where to put them and agents verifies. Help set up accounts and how to adjust field of view, etc.

the squad called to notify us they were on the way and confirm directions. they arrived as scheduled, and performed the installation and connection to our home network efficiently. in addition, they were quite friendly and engaging as they explained the process

Sadly, the technician rushed through the installation and within a day after his visit, the doorbell stopped ringing in the house. I could view the front door and the bell sounded OUTSIDE the house, but I could hear nothing inside the house. Fortunately, I had another Geek Squad install scheduled for something else and that technician made it all work perfectly. I love the doorbell, particularly because I live in a three story townhome and it allows me to see who might be at my front door before I run down (and then back up) two steep flights of steps.

The doorbell cam was installed on-time and efficiently. Installer was courteous anx professional.

The agent helped me set up my doorbell to my phone app. There wasn't a previous doorbell so we found out you don't need wiring.

I have used the Geek squad a few times. This time they installed my Ring 2. My installer did a great job of making sure I had a full understanding of how to use the new doorbell. He was gave me his contact information in case I have trouble after he left. Certainly worth the money to have them do your install.

the agent did a great job installing the doorbell although he didn't demonstrate how to navigate through my cell phone. It's quite alright though because I easily figured it out.
