I think the install was good but chime doesn't work well. And I'm not happy with the ring doorbell, but I'm moving so I'm not worried.

I was really satisfied with the quality of service the agent provided when installing my equipment. She asked questions to identify what my needs/preferences were and she installed my new equipment accordingly.

I am not particularly handy and anything electrical makes me squirm. I opted for the install @ $50. I was able to book online and didn't have to call electricians or handy people to come out maybe. The tech showed up (3rd party) promptly and installed everything quickly and properly.

The agent's install two door bells. In house consultant recommended where to put them and agents verifies. Help set up accounts and how to adjust field of view, etc.

The agents connected my ring doorbell camera to my other devices. Despite many setbacks due to my internet and other issues they stuck it out until the job was complete and made sure everything was operating as it should be.

The geek Squad did an excellent job installing my Ring doorbell. I'm glad I had them do it because it was a little more challenging than just a regular install. The tech made sure the doorbell was connected to my router and everything was functioning properly before he left.

Though it took a couple of tries by our installer I'm happy to say the Ring is up & running! We had to make a few upgrades ourselves - installing a stronger transformer and upping our internet and requesting a replacement Ring from the manufacturer since the first one appeared to be faulty.

We had to have them out a second time as our inside doorbell made a loud noise and had to be disconnected after the original install. Only worked on phone app. If I was gone, husband could not hear the doorbell. They came out 2nd time and were able to fix it quickly. Everything works as it should. Recommend them.

The technicians that showed up couldn't have been more friendly and knowledgeable about installing the nest doorbell. I had bought the doorbell from another big box outlet, but had Geek Squad install. They were on time, quick efficient and got it up and running in not time flat.
