Josh is our GS techie for South County. He is fantastic.. super nice, very professional, stayed and answered all our questions, made sure everything was working to our satisfaction. He came out twice b/c we had bought the wrong Ring component, but scheduled us right there and showed up on time.. we totally were satisfied.

The agent called to let me know how soon he would be at my house. He arrived on time and went to work installing a new gadget. He had done some work here before so it was good to recognize a familiar face. I like a company that has the same reliable people.

the agent did a great job installing the doorbell although he didn't demonstrate how to navigate through my cell phone. It's quite alright though because I easily figured it out.

The agent mounted my Smart Doorbell and had it up and running in a matter of minutes He connected it to my other devices (iPhone and Echo). He was very knowledgeable about the device and showed me how to use it via my smartphone and Echo. He didn’t leave until all of my questions were answered.

The 2 reps are very professional and worked to make sure my doorbells were working even though they encountered issues. I was thrilled with the successful install !

Two techs installed my doorbell. Both very patient and knowledgeable.Difficult project, done very well. Polite. Very punctional with time of appointment.

The techs on 11/11/2021 came in to installed the Ring doorbell but explained nothing. They did it fast and one tech went outside and just left the other tech. Nothing was specified or tested regarding its operation or video value, secret verification code and password importance.No shoe covers were used. Everything seemed rushed. The were recalled a second time regarding the video issues and immediately told not their responsibility.
