Very responsive, quick, easy and helpful for any questions I had will definitely utilize geek squad for any problems I have with my total tech membership.

Had difficulty connecting chime and advised me to go to store and get replacement as it is defective. New one had the same problem but young man was able to connect by putting in pass word manually.

THE GEEK AGENT MOUNTED MY RING DOORBELL, CONNECTED IT TO MY CELL PHONE AND HELPED ME UNDERSTAND THE CELL PHONE/DOORBELL MESSAGES AND FEATURES!

The installer mentioned that our chime wasn't going to fit with the piece and the casing we had but, he noticed there was a hole where he could possibly fit the chime in. He was able to do it and finish the job relatively quickly!

Door bell works cameras front and rear do not work

The agent was amazing. We moved into a 6 month old smart home but had no info from the previous owner on the devices in the house. The doorbell rang randomly. She figured out how to reset the Ring device and what to do with other smart devices in the house. Very helpful and knowledgeable.

The install of my Ring doorbell pro went smoothly and was done correctly the first time. They actually send someone out for a site survey prior to the install to make sure everything is as it should be. This was at no cost and makes a lot of sense.

Happy with the service, but the product itself has issues that I did not become aware of until it was installed. That is the fault of Ring, not Geek Squad, which did what they were supposed to do.
