The geek Squad did an excellent job installing my Ring doorbell. I'm glad I had them do it because it was a little more challenging than just a regular install. The tech made sure the doorbell was connected to my router and everything was functioning properly before he left.

It took 3 new Arlo Doorbells, but this one is working! It is clear and convenient and allows me to see who’s at my door, even when I’m not home! I feel secure and love seeing when packages are delivered.

Though it took a couple of tries by our installer I'm happy to say the Ring is up & running! We had to make a few upgrades ourselves - installing a stronger transformer and upping our internet and requesting a replacement Ring from the manufacturer since the first one appeared to be faulty.

Tech had excellent knowledge, as old folks we forgot something and called him back while he was on another job. He came back to our home an instructed us again on how to use this product. Well done. He arrived on time and didnt leave any mess

The technicians that showed up couldn't have been more friendly and knowledgeable about installing the nest doorbell. I had bought the doorbell from another big box outlet, but had Geek Squad install. They were on time, quick efficient and got it up and running in not time flat.

Mr maattias came and installed my ring doorbell. He taught me how to change the batteries. He taught me everything i needed to know. He even helped me with passwords. I am old and not good with electronics, he was extremely competent and kind and helpful.

The ring doorbell camera is awesome. Easy installation.

We had to have them out a second time as our inside doorbell made a loud noise and had to be disconnected after the original install. Only worked on phone app. If I was gone, husband could not hear the doorbell. They came out 2nd time and were able to fix it quickly. Everything works as it should. Recommend them.

The camera provides a wide view of entire front yard, driveway & sidewalk to the front door. We LOVE it! Installation was flawless & took very little time. (Geek Squad guys were terrific as usual.)

Mr. Jones was very professional, helpful and on time. He repositioned our back camera and now it works perfectly. He called back the following day to make sure it is working properly.
