The two gentlemen that came to my home, mounted my ring doorbell. Did a great job and made sure everything was connected and working before they left.

They came and took their Tim installing my doorbell and make sure that it was working. My home is an older home so it was a little tricky but they got it working in a couple of hours.

This technician is definitely the best o the best. The installation was very professional, efficient, and thorough. He was very courteous, knowledgeable, and ensured that the installation was successful before departing. I really want this technician for any future installations by the Geek Squad.

Tech had excellent knowledge, as old folks we forgot something and called him back while he was on another job. He came back to our home an instructed us again on how to use this product. Well done. He arrived on time and didnt leave any mess

This Ring Doorbell is an added enhancement of home security. The door bell sound is excellent, the camera works well and the alerts to human motion lets you know when someone is in your immediate area. The 'neighbor' alerts also lets you know what is happening in the general area - a real plus all around

The agent was patient and explained things to me in a different way until I understood. He was polite and clean and very pleasant and he didn't do anything wrong at all.

I am not particularly handy and anything electrical makes me squirm. I opted for the install @ $50. I was able to book online and didn't have to call electricians or handy people to come out maybe. The tech showed up (3rd party) promptly and installed everything quickly and properly.

The installer was knowledgeable and helpful. Very patient in helping us understand the process and how to use the Ring App. Pleased with the service, and would recommend it to friends.

I contacted Geek Squad several times and they were very patient & answered all my questions. My wifi is not very strong so I had to postpone it until I upgrade the wifi.

Again had Stephanie from Geek squad do this install. She had to create aq clever solution to make the camera angle be where it needed to be. Was very impressive. She did a grreat job.

The installer did a wonderful job, and made a second trip to finish the job, because the items were not charged.

The geek Squad did an excellent job installing my Ring doorbell. I'm glad I had them do it because it was a little more challenging than just a regular install. The tech made sure the doorbell was connected to my router and everything was functioning properly before he left.

Mr maattias came and installed my ring doorbell. He taught me how to change the batteries. He taught me everything i needed to know. He even helped me with passwords. I am old and not good with electronics, he was extremely competent and kind and helpful.

David was extremely professional. He was able to wire the doorbell quickly and then helped us with the use of the app on our phones. He was thorough and answered all of our questions.

The installer worked very hard and spent a lot of time to get this system to work. He even called another support person for help but could not get the entire system to work.
