The agent that connected the Arlo video doorbell used the existing wiring from the old doorbell.

installed the Ring Door bell, he was very kind patient and answered all our questions.

The Geek Squad individual came to our house to install my newly purchased Ring Pro2 Smart Doorbell. The individual was very courteous, and knowledgeable, used facial covering for safety, and installed and set up the doorbell very quickly.

The installer worked very hard and spent a lot of time to get this system to work. He even called another support person for help but could not get the entire system to work.

I was happy with the speed of installation and was pleased with the level of customer service. I look forward to hiring them again for my next move.
