Though it took a couple of tries by our installer I'm happy to say the Ring is up & running! We had to make a few upgrades ourselves - installing a stronger transformer and upping our internet and requesting a replacement Ring from the manufacturer since the first one appeared to be faulty.

The agents were very polite & helpful, not only installing quickly but helping get app set up & showing how to use it. They also showed me how to sync with my Echo Show and answered all my questions. Great job!!

The agent installed my Ring doorbell quickly and verify all my connections realizing I did not have strong enough wireless internet, he also installed Eero so that everything would work properly. He answered every question and ensured everything was working before he left

We had to have them out a second time as our inside doorbell made a loud noise and had to be disconnected after the original install. Only worked on phone app. If I was gone, husband could not hear the doorbell. They came out 2nd time and were able to fix it quickly. Everything works as it should. Recommend them.

The Geek Squad agent efficiently installed the Nest Door Bell and connected the wiring to the chime, which was in a difficult to access location. The Nest Doorbell is performing as expected.
