Geek squad member was very will informed on what his job was. He explained what he was doing and also took extra time to tell these old people how to make everything works. Said if any problems to call him. Very nice person.

The installer had not installed the eufy brand before and it was not bought at BB. With Total Tech Support membership it was great to have this installed and the rep took time to show my in-laws even how to use the smart vido doorbell app

However the item purchased stopped working shortly after the installation. So I am stuck with a RING product that does not work. A cunudrum no? Do I spend more money to get the thing to work or I write up to a bad purchase. The service was fine. I product not.

Overall this product works well. It sometimes does not pick up activity. Compared to similar products it is really expensive.

Video Doorbell installed by Geek Squad. I would not say they were totally familiar with this particular product but they got it done good enough and explained the basic features. They were friendly and courteous.

The service was top notch. Even though I had an issue after the guy left, I gave him a call and he immediately came back to solve the problem. He even stayed a little longer to make sure the installation was okay.

My installer was very professional and courteous. He went over the install and set up of the smart doorbell through the app and everything. Although I didn't have the Ring Doorbell with me because I thought he would bring it since I ordered online he was nice enough to go get it for me!
