The installer, Greg, was very efficient and personable. I had accidentally bought the wrong type of doorbell Ring device and he came back later same day to install the correct version.

Quick service, knows what he’s doing and installed simplisafe in less than 1 hour. But didn’t have tool to install the doorbell luckily I have the screw driver.

The tech installed the video door-bell and setup apps on devices. He was a little off in the subscription costs for Ring.

the doorbell was a defect, i changed twice with the geek squad

Video doorbell works as advertised. clear picture. notifies and operates as it should. works with system as should. installation by BILLY BOB and installers were very helpful and courteous.

The install service was great and the technicians were very polite and professional. Only change I would make is that the cameras are not installed up closer to the eaves. Not sure why they were installed so low.

My home never had a wired doorbell, so, Electrician did wiring, but was unable to connect smart doorbell wired to work. Geek Squad quickly completed connection for Arlo smart doorbell wired. It is working and easy to monitor. Thank you!!!

BB tech was knowledgeable and patient while re- installing Nest doorbell camera to work with indoor chimes. Previously an electrician could not get to work.
