Not only did the technician install the ring doorbell and show how to use the app, he also recommended the upgrade of my router which was long overdue. Makes everything work better and was very happy to have the router for an upgrade of my epb fi service.

The representative answered all of our numerous questions. He installed the ring bell out front and explained how to use the ring app to make the most of it.

The geek squad was wonderful. They followed up when they were going to be here. They were all very nice and willing to work with you and set up everything the way you wanted. Everything was up fast and efficient. We were very pleased.

I purchased the protection back in May 2019, not knowing if I use it beyond the initial purchase but it has been awesome. Recently had a Ring doorbell installed. The Tech was friendly and quick, I enjoy my conversation with him and the price was great too.

To follow up my review for my Ecobee install. Let me say again that my experience with the Geek Squad themselves has always been wonderful. For this and my Ecobeen install, they did not do the install, instead they farmed it out a 3rd party. For the Ring install, the installer did a very poor job. Put the device in a very awkward position, the camera did not even point to the area outside my front door, but instead only pointed a side wall. He told me the wires were not long enough and he didn't bother using the wire extensions or the plates to help angle the device. We went back to Best Buy to complain about this install, as well as the Ecobee smart thermostat that he couldn't figure out how to install. They opened an incident ticket with the 3rd party and we were told that we would definitely receive a call from them within an hour, or since it was late, no later than the next morning. It took them 3 days to get back to us. The finally sent two other installer out to our house who, long story short, 1) were amazed at the lack of job, lack of professionalism and lack of knowledge and customer service skill the first installer had, and 2) redid the installation, used the correct parts and got everything working perfectly very quickly. 3) They did the same for my ecobee device as well. In conclusion, I would always recommend the Geek Squad, but if they advise they are farming your install out a 3rd party because their techs don't do certain installs, be cautions and ask A LOT of questions to avoid what I went through.

The Best Buy representatives that installed our security system were fantastic. They were professional expert who did a great job with the installation as well as instructional information on how to use. Would highly recommend them.

Geek squad member was very will informed on what his job was. He explained what he was doing and also took extra time to tell these old people how to make everything works. Said if any problems to call him. Very nice person.

Geek Squad installed my Ring Camera and connected it to all my electronic devices.

Representative showed up on time and installation of devices was done in a very efficient manor. He explained what needed to be done, asked my opinion about where the location should go. Provided all needed service after making sure everything worked properly.

Mounted our doorbell within minutes. Something I could of done although linking the devices took some time glad we used the Geek Squad for that aspect.

Overall this product works well. It sometimes does not pick up activity. Compared to similar products it is really expensive.
