The Geek Squad crew who installed my Ring doorbell did a great job. During installation they explained what they were doing and tested the product to my satisfaction. More importantly, they listened and answered my many questions in a professional and friendly manner.

Very pleasantly surprised that it was easy to book an appointment, have the installer arrive on time and show me how to use the product for full capability.

Our tech did a great job installing our Ring doorbell. He also got our TV system working. We still to need to buy the correct cables to bring the wiring through the wall instead of one the outside of the wall. He told us that would entail another trip by the Geek Squad.

The installers were very quick. They had everything needed for a fast installation. Just a great job with great guys.

Torrey is the best. He was prompt, courteous and professional. He installed the device I scheduled with Best Buy, but he also took the time to help me with other, unrelated issues. Very cool!

However the item purchased stopped working shortly after the installation. So I am stuck with a RING product that does not work. A cunudrum no? Do I spend more money to get the thing to work or I write up to a bad purchase. The service was fine. I product not.

Chris finally got my Ring Doorbell and Outdoor large security Camera working great. It took a little figuring out with the large Security camera but he got it done.

I use total tech installation and i have not beem disappointed yet. technician was even able to find some issues with our hvac that our home inspector missed.

Video Doorbell installed by Geek Squad. I would not say they were totally familiar with this particular product but they got it done good enough and explained the basic features. They were friendly and courteous.

Door bell works cameras front and rear do not work

The service was top notch. Even though I had an issue after the guy left, I gave him a call and he immediately came back to solve the problem. He even stayed a little longer to make sure the installation was okay.
