The Ring response is delayed. The visitor is at the door before I am notified. The device needs to be adjusted.

Our doorbell is wired, and was installed by Bobby Martin, a 3rd party. He was very professional and kept us updated on when he would be at our home for the install. He was courteous and very prompt. Would definitely recommend his services again.

Geek Squad arrived on time and quickly and efficiently installed the video doorbell to our satisfaction including fine tuning the sensitivity range, showing us how the unit worked as well as the app. No mess, no fuss.

My TV was installed and connected quickly. He advised me on how to use settings to customize for my viewing. Ring doorbell camera was also installed quickly. Advised me to either move my router or get a booster in order to get maximum use of the product.

At first they scheduled the delivery and installation for wrong address. Then the guys showed up to install but didn't understand the product. This seemed like their first time doing this. 50/50 on recommendation.

The service agent was very knowledgeable and showed us how to use our ring camera

I'm disappointed that his product didn't not fit flat or have the adapter included for 4" vinyl siding. I see now on Etsy someone made one, but the installer did tell us prior it was an issue, however I believe Ring should have an adapter for this. We can see wires and I'm told now we can caulk it (more work). Also in the store they told me the angled piece for installing near a corner would work perfect for my situation, but the installer after I questioned it not being put on when he was done told me it wouldn't work properly.

The guy was nice and he walked me through everything plus gave me a number to call if need any help.
