The Ring response is delayed. The visitor is at the door before I am notified. The device needs to be adjusted.

The techs that came to my house were extremely respectful, courteous & knowledgeable. They were aboe to address & fix all of the tech issues I was having.

The agent followed protocols like social distancing, proper use of PPE. She also answered all my questions including topics that are not even related to the smart ring doorbell installation. Geek squad is a big help!

The installers went above and beyond and installed my floodlight camera in the dark because their company double booked them three hours apart from install jobs. They deserve more than what they were paid.
