Great young technician who installed our ring. Other businesses could use charter like him!

Amazing customer service, the guy that installed our ring doorbell was on time, polite, did everything correct the first time and we are very pleased with having Best Buy install our ring.

The installers showed up promptly when scheduled, and were very professional and polite. The primary and star had and Apprentice with him and he took the time to explain proper procedure, which I was fine with. They did a great job the device works perfectly and I'm very happy.

Dave is excellent. He is very patient. I am technology challeged butche is patient explaing things. The ring product is not good. It is not reliable. I had the sa e service with COX and it was much better.

The guys showed up to install and set up my Ring doorbell. It was obvious from the start that they had done many of these as there was no hesitation or any problems. They had it installed and set up and running in less that 30 minutes.

Geek Squad arrived on time and quickly and efficiently installed the video doorbell to our satisfaction including fine tuning the sensitivity range, showing us how the unit worked as well as the app. No mess, no fuss.

The installers were great, helped with the app and explained how to use it effectively and changes we could make it necessary. Very friendly and knowledable.

I'm amazed at the quality of the camera very clear and crisp. The night mode is very clear. I also like the announcement that someone is at the door through my Google home and mini. I opted for the five day plan of storage for fifty dollars a year. I would highly recommend !

The NEST doorbell is great. There is a few seconds delay before I can see who is at my door. The video actually looks like it does in the advertisements. You can zoom in and out which is a great feature. The audio is also very clear. I am very happy with my purchase.

We love the nest doorbell, we did join Nest Aware. You get pictures of who is at your door, the app makes a noise so you someone is at your door. So you know when packages are delivered.

The Geek Squid at Best Buy are the best. They are so nice, very knowledgeable and get the job done without any hassle. They installed a Ring doorbell for me and did a great job. My son was so impressed that he had his Ring doorbell installed by them as well.
