However the item purchased stopped working shortly after the installation. So I am stuck with a RING product that does not work. A cunudrum no? Do I spend more money to get the thing to work or I write up to a bad purchase. The service was fine. I product not.

Our tech did a great job installing our Ring doorbell. He also got our TV system working. We still to need to buy the correct cables to bring the wiring through the wall instead of one the outside of the wall. He told us that would entail another trip by the Geek Squad.

The installers installed my RING doorbell. The two men were very personable, knowledgeable, and respectful. I was very impressed!

I tried to install the Ring doorbell myself and didn't have the time or patience to do so, I had Geek Squad do the install, it was perfect. The installer showed up earlier than expected and did a great thank.

Video Doorbell installed by Geek Squad. I would not say they were totally familiar with this particular product but they got it done good enough and explained the basic features. They were friendly and courteous.
