Our technician was excellent! We were so glad to have him install the doorbell. It was patient, answered all our questions and was a pleasure to work with.

Evan is great! He confirmed the appointment the day before the install and showed up on time. He is very efficient and tested the doorbell before he left.

At first they scheduled the delivery and installation for wrong address. Then the guys showed up to install but didn't understand the product. This seemed like their first time doing this. 50/50 on recommendation.

My installer was very knowledgeable and troubleshooted z so it the problem was the ring app needed to be erased and re-downloaded before he could scan barcode and complete install

I am so happy I have total tech support! They were very prompt to the appointment and had the job done very quickly. You also cannot beat the price for installation. You won’t see me doing any more of these frustrating installs. Thanks Geek Squad!

Jean, from geek squad, installed my wired google nest doorbell. He did an excellent job & showed me how to operate the google home app.

The installation was not actually done by Geek Squad. it was installed by a subontractor. The installation took longer than what it should have. the installer didn't seen to know if it was installed correctly. it was finally installed afer I had to to purchase the Ring doorbell since they were not able to get to work with the door bell in my home. I have used Geerk Squad services (TV instillation , Computer work) and that work was execllent. I would recomend Geek Squad but make sure you ask who is doing the work.

THE TECH MOUNTED THE DEVICE AND CHECKED IT FOR ACCURACY. THE TECH WALKED ME THROUGHT THE FUNCTIONS AND PAIRED THE DEVICE WITH ALEXA. HE ANSWERED ALL QUESTIONS AND MADE SURE I KNEW HOW TO NAVIGATE THE DEVICE, VERY IMPRESSIVE.

These guys really knew what they were doing. They were polite, efficient, and thorough. They explained how everything worked in a quick manner.

The installers installed my RING doorbell. The two men were very personable, knowledgeable, and respectful. I was very impressed!

The man was a very nice guy he installed it and it Worked. Two days later my doorbell stop ringing and my phone just rings and sometimes I’m not in front of my phone to see it so I have no doorbell now.
