The technician was courteous, friendly and thorough. He did a GREAT job, and answered all our questions, plus gave us a tutorial on how to improve our options on the TV.

My video doorbell was installed quickly and correctly.

The Geek Squad representative went above and beyond to not only install our Ring doorbell but to also teach us how to use the security product. We are very happy that we decided to have our Ring doorbell professionally installed by the Geek Squad.

My initial installation with Randall is rated very good. I needed a follow-up appt for install a new housing. Had a no show and no notification for the follow-up and another 2 weeks to get another appointment. So far will be waiting 4 weeks for the follow-up and is still not done. Follow-up to initial install is rated poor this the average overall rating. Without the follow-up needed would have been rated very good/excellent.

The agent connected my ring doorbell along with all internet devices. Once connected he installed ,using the app, to our phones and IPad. The agent explained in detail how to use ring doorbell.

As usual Geek Squad showed up on time and installer was courtesy and helpful. The install went off without a hitch. The installer even called a few days later as follow to make sure everything was working well. Leopold was the installer! Highly recommend!

The agent came out to fix my NEST door bell on the house bell. It turns out I didn't have the system turned on on my phone app. It would have been nice if the Geek Squad agent I talked to to make the appointment would have advised me that this was the problem. The agent that came to the house just told me about the setting on my phone so I didn't have to pay $87.79 for nothing. He said this was a common problem that customers didn't know about.

Dustin was courteous, informative and respectful. Made the installation look easy and explained what I needed to know. This is the third Geek install we’ve had in two months and overall we’ve been very impressed.
