The installers showed up promptly when scheduled, and were very professional and polite. The primary and star had and Apprentice with him and he took the time to explain proper procedure, which I was fine with. They did a great job the device works perfectly and I'm very happy.

The technician was courteous, friendly and thorough. He did a GREAT job, and answered all our questions, plus gave us a tutorial on how to improve our options on the TV.

Hands down get the Geek Squad protection and you will nothing to worry about and help when you need it.

Our doorbell is wired, and was installed by Bobby Martin, a 3rd party. He was very professional and kept us updated on when he would be at our home for the install. He was courteous and very prompt. Would definitely recommend his services again.

The team installed my Ring Doorbell Pro. I have an older home and we were unable to find the doorbell transformer but this was a non-issue when it came to the install. The agents were on time and extremely professional!

I'm disappointed that his product didn't not fit flat or have the adapter included for 4" vinyl siding. I see now on Etsy someone made one, but the installer did tell us prior it was an issue, however I believe Ring should have an adapter for this. We can see wires and I'm told now we can caulk it (more work). Also in the store they told me the angled piece for installing near a corner would work perfect for my situation, but the installer after I questioned it not being put on when he was done told me it wouldn't work properly.

Overall very satisfied with the Geek Squad service. I was notied all alone the way by email, text and phone calls. Very professional and courtesy. Was done in about an hour. I will definitely use the again!!

The Geek Squid at Best Buy are the best. They are so nice, very knowledgeable and get the job done without any hassle. They installed a Ring doorbell for me and did a great job. My son was so impressed that he had his Ring doorbell installed by them as well.

The NEST doorbell is great. There is a few seconds delay before I can see who is at my door. The video actually looks like it does in the advertisements. You can zoom in and out which is a great feature. The audio is also very clear. I am very happy with my purchase.

I recently purchased an Arlo doorbell and Arlo2 ultra 3 camera security system. Geek squad were there to trouble shoot all my issues w installing my Arlo security system myself. I opted out of geek squad installing because I felt capable and was. It was a simple wireless installation. Geek squad still called and made sure I was happy whith my purchase and decision to install myself.

I'm amazed at the quality of the camera very clear and crisp. The night mode is very clear. I also like the announcement that someone is at the door through my Google home and mini. I opted for the five day plan of storage for fifty dollars a year. I would highly recommend !
