The installation guys were very nice. Installed doorbell with ease and showed us were he was placing all the installed items and how they work also started us on the downloading of the ring app. AND HELPED W/2ND PRO UNWIRED DOORBELL INSTALL

I recently purchased an Arlo doorbell and Arlo2 ultra 3 camera security system. Geek squad were there to trouble shoot all my issues w installing my Arlo security system myself. I opted out of geek squad installing because I felt capable and was. It was a simple wireless installation. Geek squad still called and made sure I was happy whith my purchase and decision to install myself.

Mounted doorbell camera and checked it’s operation.He made sure of 180 degree viewing angle.He tested interior doorbell tiger for correct operation.

Installer was professional, courteous and explained explained the steps he would be performing to complete my Ring door bell. I’m thoroughly satisfied with the installation and will definitely utilize the Geek Squad for future installations.

Two vests by Geek Squad have not yet produced reliable functionality. Although the representatives were pleasant and professional the system is not fully functional. They indicate that the cause is poor Xi Fi although a Wi Fi extender is 6 feet from the doorbell. The RSSI measure is62_ 67 from the Ring health measurement app. Wi-Fi signal strength is high at the door bell as measured by other devices. Some failures are not a function of Wi-Fi such as failure to ring the old door bell consistently when the Ring door bell is pushed.

Our installer kept us updated on his arrival. He was very professional as he installed Blink Doorbell. Tested device & explained particulars before leaving.

Installed our ring doorbell and programmed our Alexa pro. I had some minor issues the next day so I called hi and he answered immediately and resolved the issue. Good job including f/u call

The technician was well trained and helped install the Ring Doorbell security system. He also helped ensure the Ring App was on my smart phone along with ensuring the camera was facing the front area correctly. Great experience.

Eric was very well informed on install of product and Carson was so patient with the IT support part of the Ring doorbell. Both were respectful and extremely pleasant.

The agent that came out was very respectful and installed quickly. Although setup wasn’t done not the same day due to me having an electrical issue, the agent stated in contact with until the end. I’m very pleased with them.

Installer called ahead, found I needed a higher voltage transformer for the doorbell. I purchased the new transformer and he came back thesame day to install it. Got doorbell ringing, camera working and explained details on how to use very well.

I thought I was a geek, but the geek squad knows their stuff. They make things simple and easy to understand. They take their time to explain how things work. The installed my Nest Camera's, worked though door bell issues with no problem.

The installation of my Nest was easy and painless. The Installer covered all the bases including how the Nest was being installed and then showed me how to use it with a few basic tips -- hey we all know that we have to "play" with this stuff for awhile.
