I recently purchased an Arlo doorbell and Arlo2 ultra 3 camera security system. Geek squad were there to trouble shoot all my issues w installing my Arlo security system myself. I opted out of geek squad installing because I felt capable and was. It was a simple wireless installation. Geek squad still called and made sure I was happy whith my purchase and decision to install myself.

The technician reprogrammed my phone to work with the newly installed Nest Doorbell.

The Geek Squad technician did an excellent job of installing and setting up my Google Smart Nest WiFi door bell and Google Home Hub. I have solar panels, so there were some extra steps that had to be taken.
