The agents installed my Arlo video doorbell. They helped me set it up, showed me how everything works, and how to remove the battery for charging.

I had Geek Squad mount my doorbell because I tried but kept burning up bits because I didn't have a hammer drill. Then they helped with the set up. Better them than me.

Initial use has been interesting. Spiders are curious and moths are attracted to night lighting. Currently the biggest drawback is the slowness of alert to video posting on app. Am in the process of upgrding wifi to see if response time improves.

Set up went like a breeze, bizarre the first guy mentioned he couldnt cut the wall but the second guy got everytbing installed like a breeze.

Jose was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. Found issues with the product and recommended it be returned. Will make another purchase and reschedule install.

Geek squad guys took their time determining the best location and showing me how it works. At this point it needs to be fine-tuned so that it does not send alerts when people are just walking by the house.
