The installer had excellent product knowledgeable of the Ring Door Bell and Chime

The installation guys were very nice. Installed doorbell with ease and showed us were he was placing all the installed items and how they work also started us on the downloading of the ring app. AND HELPED W/2ND PRO UNWIRED DOORBELL INSTALL

The installation service was excellent. The technicians arrived on time and efficiently completed the installation exactly as requested.

Two vests by Geek Squad have not yet produced reliable functionality. Although the representatives were pleasant and professional the system is not fully functional. They indicate that the cause is poor Xi Fi although a Wi Fi extender is 6 feet from the doorbell. The RSSI measure is62_ 67 from the Ring health measurement app. Wi-Fi signal strength is high at the door bell as measured by other devices. Some failures are not a function of Wi-Fi such as failure to ring the old door bell consistently when the Ring door bell is pushed.

I got the products mixed up. The printer and the door bell are both awesome and the people that helped us were GREAT !!!

Geek person was awesome. Quick and knowledgeable and on time. Although it was an easy connection, I felt better having an expert do it.
