The agents mounted my Ring doorbell perfectly and demonstrated how to use the app on the phone perfectly even while it was raining like cats and dogs. Way to go Best Buy !!!!!!

We had Ring installed. Young man from geek squad was awesome. He got here early and installed it quickly and helped us with any questions we had.

The agent installed and connected a new upgraded Ring doorbell. The agent was extremely knowledgeable about the product, was efficient and professional yet easy to work with.

I like the Nest doorbell but don’t like the fact that it doesn’t have an alarm feature like the Ring doorbell does. I would have purchased the Ring doorbell but it’s too large for my door frame.

Another company set up the Ring Video Doorbell for me and completely botched the job. I returned everything and asked for a full refund. Then I bought the exact same thing from Best Buy and Geek Squad came to install it. It now works perfectly.

Installer was great. He tried so hard to install the Smart Doorbell. Couldn't complete not due to his experience or capability. The Smart Doorbell would not work or connect. Returned product to store.

The agents had to come out twice to install a nest doorbell/camera.. problem with transformer and chime
