As usual Geek Squad showed up on time and installer was courtesy and helpful. The install went off without a hitch. The installer even called a few days later as follow to make sure everything was working well. Leopold was the installer! Highly recommend!

The installation of our Ring Doorbell by Best Buy's Geek Squad was PERFECT. Very fast, efficient, and professional. Much better than trying to do it yourself, including set-up to make it Ring Doorbell Ready!

Geek squad members were quick and friendly. Maybe a little to quick in setting up info on my cell phone as my address was entered incorrectly. It was easy enough to fix however after they left. Overall good service

Very pleased with the quality of the picture and range of the camera. The Birds Eye feature is also very helpful with motion detection.

The install of our Ring Doorbell went quickly and smoothly. Nick was prompt, courteous, and very knowledgeable. As always, the Geek Squad went beyond our expectations.

Very difficult from the beginning. In checkout, there were no times available and required a customer service call to schedule. It turns out the work was subcontracted out and not done by Best Buy employees. The contractors were unable to complete the install. It seemed to be taking a very long time and they were frustrated and insisted I rush through any setup screens and just hit next in the app. Then the doorbell chime just started ringing without being activated and they did not know what was happening so they disconnected the doorbell. They insisted we needed a 16V doorbell transformer installed by an electrician to fix the issue and that was the problem because there was not enough power getting to the doorbell. They never checked to see if that was really the issue and abruptly left. We called and paid for an electrician visit. Unlike the installer he was a consummate professional and checked everything out. We already had the appropriate transformer and 20V going to the doorbell. It turns out after he investigated that the Best Buy contracted installers had stripped the wires leading to the doorbell and when screwed down it was shorting out the doorbell causing it to continuously ring. The electrician quickly fixed the issue and finished the install. Had a number of other great installs by Best Buy employees so even more disappointed in this one that resulted in us having to pay an electrician to fix the installers error.

Once again I bought the Ring a year before I ever got it installed. Geek squad showed up and installed it quick and easy. So glad I purchased this. I started traveling and I got to see what was going on around my house.

Geek Squad was able to get my Ring Doorbell installed in about 30 minutes, and answered my questions about operating it with the iPhone app as well as through my connected Alexa devices. Service techs were polite and knowledgeable.

The doorbell was installed and running. They set up some of the features and showed me how to use them as well as how to use the app. Followed all safety protocol.
