The agent that came out was very respectful and installed quickly. Although setup wasn’t done not the same day due to me having an electrical issue, the agent stated in contact with until the end. I’m very pleased with them.

I thought I was a geek, but the geek squad knows their stuff. They make things simple and easy to understand. They take their time to explain how things work. The installed my Nest Camera's, worked though door bell issues with no problem.

We had Ring installed. Young man from geek squad was awesome. He got here early and installed it quickly and helped us with any questions we had.

Installer called ahead, found I needed a higher voltage transformer for the doorbell. I purchased the new transformer and he came back thesame day to install it. Got doorbell ringing, camera working and explained details on how to use very well.

I had Geek Squad mount my doorbell because I tried but kept burning up bits because I didn't have a hammer drill. Then they helped with the set up. Better them than me.

The doorbell was installed and running. They set up some of the features and showed me how to use them as well as how to use the app. Followed all safety protocol.

The installation of my Nest was easy and painless. The Installer covered all the bases including how the Nest was being installed and then showed me how to use it with a few basic tips -- hey we all know that we have to "play" with this stuff for awhile.

The doorbell installment was very quick since we already had the proper connection with our previous doorbell. If we knew about it, we could have done it ourselves. Nonetheless, we are happy with the service.
