I ordered a ring camera motion security light and asked the Geek installed if I had the right one. I was told it was and it was installed. Because I did not have a ring bridge device, I was told I had to order a bridge and it was simple to connect. Once I received the ring bridge and called for help because I was unable to get a picture on my phone, I was told the system I installed was incorrect. I am unable to pay for another installation I do not have the device I wanted.

Geek squad showed up on time, and did a great job of installing my Ring doorbell. They took their time, explained everything to me, and I am very happy with the job they did.

Another company set up the Ring Video Doorbell for me and completely botched the job. I returned everything and asked for a full refund. Then I bought the exact same thing from Best Buy and Geek Squad came to install it. It now works perfectly.

The technician arrived on time and installed the doorbell and check the other components. The work was completed quickly and correctly.

First, I was disappointed that the ring bell did not fit in the spot where my old bell was. I couldn' t use that spot so I could not hard wire the new bell. I should have realized that before buying this item. My fault. Then I foolishly thought that when the bell rang my phone would automatically show the video. Not so. I have to go into the app and find the correct site. The person at the door has a bit of a wait. I may be doing this wrong but so far I haven't found any advice to improve this situation. The camera is good and clear once you get to it.
