Awesome work. A bit stand-offish …. He was pretty cool afterwards

The gentleman who installed my ring doorbell was very knowledgeable and courteous. He also kept his mask on and stayed a respectable distance. Was patient with my questions. I give him an A+.

The agent had trainee with him, he was teaching her his technique on door installation plus his customer service skills. Very good

We had to wait for over two weeks for an install that was inferior. The technician was not totally knowledgeable of the install steps, and he left us with a Ring that did not work properly. We had to order a Wi Fi extender to get the system to get it properly. Better install techs need to be hired to provide proper install. As of now, my Ring is installed with incomplete screw attachment, leaving gaps in the layers of the Ring. The system is great, just bad install.

We had a problem with our internal chime that came with the house but the installer did a fast, good job installing the doorbell.

They installed my new doorbell quickly and updated the app but couldn’t get it to work properly. It took some time and perseverance but got everything resolved

They arrived on time. One guy was noticeably more helpful than the other, but they got the job done and that’s what counts.

Its a lil slow i tested it out lastnight an it was giving lil issues not what i wanted but it was out of stalk customer service

The geek agents mounted mounted my doorbell excellent and it works really good good no problems at this time.

The first guy was fabulous. The second guy was just OK. I generally rate the Geek squad 5 stars but the last guy was not awesome.

The agent had to charge the battery on our door bell so he came back the next day and installed and gave us all the directions on how to operate and he set up both our phones to be able to work with the door bell.

Installation process went smooth worker guided through the steps of how all devices work after installation

Roger installed cameras and doorbell cameras. He set it all up and showed me how to use them. He came back again and adjusted them.

i have used geek squad for several years it was very good until they started using offshore agents they know less about windows 10 then i do so and some do not know how to use a computer i will not talk with them i'll just call back later they speak the words but don't what they mean their script are out of date idid get a tier 2 agent who new the operation system he was able to help me i hope management will reconsider the use noe english speaking agents microsoft has used this type for severel years so i don't call any moor i.

Always quality work and very friendly customer service. I wouldn't trust anyone else but geek squad for sure. Love my Bestbuy store
