I love this ring wish I bought long time ago. I love two way intercom. Very helpful. The only thing my door bell doesn’t chime. But it makes a vague ring for notifications

The geek agents mounted mounted my doorbell excellent and it works really good good no problems at this time.

The Field Agent was awesome in getting the Ring doorbell installed and was very happy with the way it worked. Made sure that old door chime work with the Ring as well besides the wireless chime. Thank you!!!

Quick installation of Echo 8. Stated they could not do USB for connection with TV since not on order. My understanding was that 30 minutes of service was available

The first scheduled installation could not be done, I was advised I had a wiring problem and shown what needed to be done. Once I had the problem fixed the installation was done quickly and efficiently.

The installer was great. Very knowledgeable and helpful with info during installation.

Roger installed cameras and doorbell cameras. He set it all up and showed me how to use them. He came back again and adjusted them.

Even though Ring says that you can install yourself, it was well worth the cost to have Geek Squad install it. A few days after the installation when I was having a problem (due to Ring, not Geek Squad), Geek Squad returned promptly.

Excellent I bought this for my 91 year old father he loves it, they came out installed it with no issues, set it up on his phone.
