The installation went fine, but the technician did not really get involved in setting up the device to work the way I would have liked it too particularly the way the salesman at Best Buy said this thing I do. I’m also this little disappointed in the device because I have to pay a subscription to use it the way it was advertised.

Disappointed in the subcontractors who installed the units. They seemed to be in a big rush to get in and out. Had questions

I love this doorbell. Have a house that was wired for intercom so the Ring did not work. August is awesome. Great view of whoever is at the door, great sound quality and even lights up at night to see who is there. Love it.
