I had a doorbell installed on 2/5/24 by the Geek SQUAD

The installation of my Nest was easy and painless. The Installer covered all the bases including how the Nest was being installed and then showed me how to use it with a few basic tips -- hey we all know that we have to "play" with this stuff for awhile.

This Ring doorbell is our first one. The Geek Squad Installer was very patient in showing us how to link our smart phones with the doorbell. He was a great teacher. He made as feel comfortable with using it.

My doorbell camera was installed, and the agent e that I was able to answer the door either through my phone or my smart TV

The technician not only did a great install but helped me download and set up the App for monitoring the system. Explained how to use it and made sure he answered all my questions!!

They installed my new doorbell quickly and updated the app but couldn’t get it to work properly. It took some time and perseverance but got everything resolved

They arrived on time. One guy was noticeably more helpful than the other, but they got the job done and that’s what counts.

Installer was great. He tried so hard to install the Smart Doorbell. Couldn't complete not due to his experience or capability. The Smart Doorbell would not work or connect. Returned product to store.

I ordered a ring camera motion security light and asked the Geek installed if I had the right one. I was told it was and it was installed. Because I did not have a ring bridge device, I was told I had to order a bridge and it was simple to connect. Once I received the ring bridge and called for help because I was unable to get a picture on my phone, I was told the system I installed was incorrect. I am unable to pay for another installation I do not have the device I wanted.
