Initial use has been interesting. Spiders are curious and moths are attracted to night lighting. Currently the biggest drawback is the slowness of alert to video posting on app. Am in the process of upgrding wifi to see if response time improves.

The first guy was fabulous. The second guy was just OK. I generally rate the Geek squad 5 stars but the last guy was not awesome.

Ryan and Mason did a great job installing my Ring door bell They were very efficient and professional. They walked me through how to use it.

Geek Squad was Efficient and did a great job in connecting my Ring Device.

The installers were very nice. Was very informative.

Geek squad guys took their time determining the best location and showing me how it works. At this point it needs to be fine-tuned so that it does not send alerts when people are just walking by the house.

The installation was well done. The installer was friendly, professional and knew the product and answered all question.

The RING doorbell is great. I am having fun with people coming and ringing the bell while we are not home. I pretend to be and tell most people I am praying and cannot tend to the door.

The first visit the technician was not sure what needed to be done to reset the ring doorbell. He took the doorbell apart which was not necessary. On the second visit, the supervisor was with him. The supervisor was more knowledgeable about what to do.

Quick installation of Echo 8. Stated they could not do USB for connection with TV since not on order. My understanding was that 30 minutes of service was available

The gentleman who installed my ring doorbell was very knowledgeable and courteous. He also kept his mask on and stayed a respectable distance. Was patient with my questions. I give him an A+.

The agent installed my door bell quickly and efficiently.
