installer was on time and after installation asked if we had any questions.Didn't realize our inside chime didn't work,so we bought a ring chime.

My Ring door bell is still not operating correctly - I think more hands on instruction would be helpful. We want to bring in ore lighting and a chime.

The agents came way before my projected installation window - which caught me off-guard as they came while I was in a work meeting - but they did the install quickly. There was a bit of a lag/frustration in getting my device connected to my home wi-fi, and being proficient enough to connect the device I told the agents I was fine to connect it as it took over 10 mins for them to figure it out and I was in the middle of a work meeting.

The first visit the technician was not sure what needed to be done to reset the ring doorbell. He took the doorbell apart which was not necessary. On the second visit, the supervisor was with him. The supervisor was more knowledgeable about what to do.

The agent install my Ring Video door bell without any problems. I have the total tech plan and was charged and additional $50.00 for boring two holes, please explain why and what was the upcharge for.
