I pay for total tech support, so therefore I was under the impression that the Geek squad agent would thoroughly go over the way that my device functions after installation.. well not quite....He somewhat explained and the next day my device did not function as explained. I reached out to the same technician whom informed me to call and have someone else to come out which would cost another fee.... I'm over it...
