Great service very professional and knowledgeable on doorbell camera

Usually when I have home installations done thay are done by Geek Squad members. This time it was outsourced to a 3rd party installer. They did an OK job but you can tell that they were not used to installing video doorbells. So O have to rate this service 3 stars instead of 5.

The installation was quick; also the technician provided some valuable security related information on how to use the Ring doorbell I purchased.

The agent was kind & showed me what to do if it happens again.

Great service by Geek squad. They mounted the Tv on wall and installed the sound bar as well.

So far i love the Nest Hello. the camera quality and easy to use with the Nest app. a lot of great features like face detection, quiet mode so the doorbell doesn't ring, and much more WOW......
