Considered doing it myself but very glad I didn’t. Directions on app were a little misleading. Michael got my Nest Hello up and running in about 15 minutes.

It was third party installation he did a good job, however the scheduled window was 7 am to 12 pm, he arrived around 3 pm only. Best Buy should have updated the arrival window accordingly. Already the appointment was rescheduled without my knowledge.

Only complaint as soon as installer left it stopped working due to dead battery. Had to take battery out and charge overnight. He should have told me this needed to be done.
