Said we had to have an electrician to complete. I would have paid an electrician initially to install if they could not complete the job. I had one installed 4 years ago by the Geek Squad and it was installed perfectly.

Need improvements on timeliness

Best Buy should have updated the arrival window accordingly. Already the appointment was rescheduled without my knowledge.
