Spotty. Confusing. No accountability. Poor customer service. It’s not the installers and technical people as much as Best Buy Corporate’s poor attitude towards customers. Some of the management, technical and design consultant team members priced to be disappointing as well, unfortunately. Unkept promises on service scheduling matters, less than stellar technical work, lack of accountability. The service has actually gotten worse thru the years. Being. Total Tech member may help some in service costs, but makes no difference in service quality and communication, nor should it. Every customer deserves the best,

Geek Squad installers were quick, efficient and thorough. Did not require any clean-up upon leaving. Would highly recommend.

The technician who installed the doorbell was unprofessional in a way. He was way late and I had to keep checking on him to see if he was going to be coming at the agreed time. He ended up showing after the agreed time. He also needed to relocate surveillance cameras I have. He came in my house with muddy shoes on, floors got dirty and I had to clean after him. He installed the video doorbell pretty fast. The cameras he did relocate them but he was not educated on how they worked. They tried to sell me a google router and still the cameras did not work. When I tried to return the router because it was not working, he was not taking my calls and completely ignored me. I had somebody from Best Buy helped me solve this issue, Alice. She was amazing at helping me. Found out this guy was from a a third party that's why it took long for me to get my refund on the item I did not need. The Geek Squad agents that came directly from Best Buy were fast and efficient

The Greek squad tech installed my ring doorbell in no time. He was very friendly and helpful. I was able to use my video doorbell immediately.

Nothing much beats the secure feeling of a RING doorbell. This is my second one. I've recommended it to family members who are just excited about them as I am.
