Dishwasher that doesn’t dry dishes

Although I wish I had been told that I am supposed to add salt to the dishwasher. I came to start the machine and it would not turn on. Come to find out that the machine takes salt, which by the way you can't find it

Failed 3 times in 9 months.
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This dishwasher while brand new has now failed 3 times in a 9 month period; each time a different failure mode and each time a run around with Viking customer service trying to first explain it is not working and second, spending the time to schedule a repair. Combined we must have a good 12-15 hours of wasted time asking for support and over a month of downtime without a dishwasher. This is not what one should expect from a luxury brand where despite being under warranty we will be replacing it with another brand.
