Easy to install, amazing performance, I cook a lot and absolutely love this cooktop

I had a kitchen remodel and replaced my old gas cooktop with a professional Viking series. It was a toss up between Thermador and Viking. One of the grates was damaged so I called Viking and they sent replacement right away. Great customer service! Cooking is so much different than the old one that I have to be careful with using the high setting.

This is a great gas range that looks great in a large kitchen island. The range has large burners that accommodate pans, skillets and other cookings pots. We paired the range with a Jenn Air exhaust fan that pops up from inside the counter just behind the range.

What can I say about Viking looks and quality. People stop and stare when the enter my kitchen! The controls are accurate and the varying sizes of burners allow even the most discerning chef (moi) to have complete control over cooking temperatures! I get excited to cook on this cooktop!

Very even flame without sparks. 6 different BTU strengths allows for variety of cooking options. Quiet at medium high to lower settings Continuous grate allows easy moving of cookware Control Knobs conveniently located on right side stay cleaner.

This cooktop is a huge improvement over the GE cooktop that it replaces. I like that the controls are on the right as opposed to the front. Highly recommended.

When I come to install this gas cooktop, I found it didn't provide the sealer. I went to homedepot and other professional supply store, but couldn't buy the sealer for this cooktop. All other brands have the sealer come with the package. But for this expensive cooktop, it is optional item. You need to buy this directly for Vikings!! That caused a lot of problem for me.
