Good movie good comedy added to the violence of this film

a new take on Santa Claus…far from the Tim Allen portrayal….

Christmas time violence and horror. A great sub genre

This movie was way better than it had any right to be. Everyone plays their character perfectly. The action and comedy in it were top notch. Instant Christmas classic.

Ever wanted to see Santa perform a Fatality? Watch the movie! Santa in a hard R action film is a surprising delight, and the bits of more childish comedy are actually welcome as they reference some other famous Xmas tales, but deliver the slap stick humor with bloody fun. It even hints at some of Santa's Nordic origins, adding a touch of mythology to the mix. Not to mention, there is a good heart at the center of the tale. Perhaps some of the tropes are a little tried, but how this movie presents them is still a holly jolly good time! Well worth the time if you love Die Hard or any action movie.

This is a bit of a weird movie. It's Die Hard with.. Santa. Yeah. But this Santa has a dark backstory and brings down some.. well.. kind of magical... justice on those who are "naughty." The movie has a pretty straightforward home invasion/hostage situation story but it makes up for that by having inventive kills and really likable main characters. The first fifteen minutes are a bit rough but once it starts going, it never stops. I'm watching this every year, same as It's a Wonderful Life, Die Hard, and Gremlins. All great Christmas movies.

This is a Christmas movie that’s “Die Hard”. Brought to you by some of the crew that did the “John Wick” movies, and it shows. There’s also a tip of the hat to “Home Alone”, but with more unpleasant results. Definitely not a kid friendly movie, but it can be a fun movie for the holidays, as a double feature with “Die Hard”… The story takes place at the mansion of a wealthy family that’s attacked by by a group of high tech criminals out to steal $300 million in cash stored there. And into this comes a disillusioned Santa Claus…who has a past of his own. One that gives him some “special talents”…

Hilarious and very violent!! I love this movie!! Lots of laughs with lots of bloody action!! This is the best christmas movie i ever seen!!

Forget krampus its Santa with attitude toward all the naughty ones doing bad. Fun action cool story and some good laughs.

This an awesome flick and a breath of fresh air. Will go nice next to Bad Santa and Fatman for my holiday movies.
